dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad la creación de una herramienta para realizar el control de las actividades de SST en la empresa Ingeniería Integral de la Construcción SAS, considerando la gran importancia que tiene el control, seguimiento y cumplimiento oportuno en todo lo relacionado a la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el sector de la construcción, así como la necesidad de tener la información centralizada para la generación de indicadores. Se mostrará el diagnóstico realizado a la empresa en su situación inicial y la metodología empleada para ello. Se describirá el paso a paso para la creación de la herramienta de control, desde el análisis de necesidades y expectativas, definición de objetivos, definición de funcionalidades clave e información por cada una y distribución de la información en la herramienta. Posteriormente, se implementará la herramienta de control en la obra Valventus, recopilando toda la información de enero a junio del 2024 y generando los informes respectivos. Luego, se evaluará la efectividad de la herramienta de control a través de tres indicadores establecidos y se ejecutará el programa de capacitación a los SISOS de las obras, con el fin de hacer una socialización y apropiación correcta de la herramienta. Por último, se plantearán las conclusiones del trabajo realizado.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this project is to create a tool to control SST activities in the company Ingeniería Integral de la Construcción SAS, considering the great importance of control, monitoring and timely compliance in everything related to Safety. and Health at Work in the construction sector, as well as the need to have centralized information for the generation of indicators. The diagnosis made to the company in its initial situation and the methodology used for this will be shown. The step-by-step process for creating the control tool will be described, from the analysis of needs and expectations, definition of objectives, definition of key functionalities and information for each one and distribution of the information in the tool. Subsequently, the control tool will be implemented at the Valventus work, collecting all the information from January to June 2024 and generating the respective reports. Then, the effectiveness of the control tool will be evaluated through three established indicators and the training program will be executed for the SISOS of the works, in order to socialize and correctly appropriate the tool. Finally, the conclusions of the work carried out will be presented.
