dc.description.abstract	El presente documento tiene como fin el planteamiento y desarrollo de propuestas de mejora para el Sistema de Abastecimiento de Repuestos Oportuno (ARO) de la Planta Funza de la Cooperativa Colanta. Este texto inicia con el planteamiento del problema del desabastecimiento del Departamento de Suministros en la Planta Funza, debido a la desactualización e ineficiencia de ARO, describiendo a grandes rasgos las principales complicaciones que este genera. Continuo a esto se describe brevemente la Planta UHT Funza con el fin de entender la magnitud de sus procesos, de igual forma se define el Sistema de ARO con el fin de comprender su estado inicial y definir las expectativas que se tienen de este Sistema. El desarrollo del proyecto inicia con la selección de equipos que se deben priorizar para este estudio, la clasificación de Repuestos y la recolección de información para reestructurar el sistema ARO. Se relaciona la documentación necesaria para la continua actualización de este sistema y la implantación de indicadores de gestión que permitan evaluar la gestión y cumplimiento en el abastecimiento de Repuestos por parte del departamento de Suministros. El documento finaliza con las principales conclusiones del desarrollo del proyecto y recomendaciones para la continuidad y mejora del Sistema ARO.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document aims to develop the approach and proposals for improvement to the System Parts Supply Timely (SPST) of the Planta Funza of the Cooperativa Colanta. This text begins with the statement of the problem of shortages of Supply Department in the Planta Funza, due to obsolescence and inefficiency of SPST, describing in broad terms the main complications it generates. Continuing to this it is briefly described the Funza plant UHT in order to understand the magnitude of the processes, similarly it is defined System Parts Supply Timely (SPST) in order to understand its original state and to define the expectations that we have from this system. Project development begins with the selection of equipment that must be prioritized for this study, the classification of spare parts and the collection of information to restructure the SPST system. It relates the documentation necessary for the continuous updating of the system and the introduction of performance indicators to assess the management and compliance in the supply of spare parts by the supplies department. The paper concludes with the main conclusions of the project development and recommendations for the continuation and improvement of the SPST system.
