dc.description.abstract	El conflicto territorial, es una problemática que puede originarse por la ausencia de identidad que la población manifiesta hacia la entidad territorial a la cual pertenece. Generalmente, cuando las entidades gubernamentales no hacen presencia en una determinada comunidad, disminuye la cobertura en educación, salud, vivienda, prestación de servicios públicos, empleo, etc., aspectos necesarios para forjar una adecuada calidad de vida en la sociedad. Esta situación conlleva a la pérdida de identidad con la entidad territorial y es aquí donde sobresale la importancia y la necesidad de la realización de este estudio como instancia previa y necesaria en el proceso de solución de conflictos territoriales de acuerdo a la normatividad colombiana vigente. El presente informe, es una investigación técnico-histórica que describe la situación actual en los aspectos sociales, económicos, biofísicos, urbano-funcionales, institucionales y financieros de la población y el territorio que conforman los sectores Buenavista y Santa Bárbara de las veredas Aguablanca y Vericute, pertenecientes al municipio de Floridablanca, y las veredas Honduras y San Isidro pertenecientes al municipio de Rionegro. Así mismo, se realiza una descripción complementaria de la zona rural de los municipios en estudio. Al final del documento se realizan las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación, las cuales servirán como herramienta para determinar si se presentan aspectos de indefinición de límites y/o problemas de identidad natural, social, cultural o económica que aboguen por una solución al conflicto territorial.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The territorial dispute is a problem that could be originated by the absence of identity the people manifest to the government body which they belong to. Generally, when the governmental institutions don’t have any representation in certain community; the education, healthcare, housing, public services, and employment coverage decreases; which are very important aspects to create a properly life quality in the society. This situation leads to the loss of territorial identity and here’s where the importance and necessity of making this study protrudes; this is the previous instance in the process of territorial disputes solving according to the current Colombian regulations. This report is a historical-technical investigation that describes the current situation in the social, economics, biophysical, functional urban, institutional and financial aspects of the population and the territory of Buenavista and Santa Barbara from the “veredas” of Aguablanca and Vericute, belonging to the municipality of Floridablanca, and the “veredas” Honduras and San Isidro belonging to the municipality of Rionegro. Likewise, it’s made a complementary description about the rural zones of these municipalities. At the end of the document the respective conclusions and recommendations about the investigation are made, which are going to be very helpful as tool to establish if there are aspects of undefined borders and problems of lack of social, natural, cultural and economics identity that help to the territorial disputes solving.
