| dc.description.abstract | Con esta investigación se busca determinar la importancia que ha tenido la reglamentación del sistema de gestión de calidad ISO 9000:2000, en las empresas constructoras de obras civiles de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana, debido a que actualmente esta temática ha tenido un gran auge llevando a que las empresas se certifiquen para poder competir en el mercado. Por otra parte pretende demostrar la intención de las empresas constructoras, frente a la implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental ISO 14000, ya que posteriormente también van a ser exigidos. Con los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, es claro que se domina el tema, se manejan aspectos relacionados con calidad en todos los sentidos, así exista un número ínfimo de empresas certificadas con estos sistemas. De otro lado, los sistemas de gestión ambiental, no tienen el auge ni el interés que se debería suscitar, y más cuando se habla de un tema tan importante como el medio ambiente. Al parecer, esta norma no tiene por ahora el futuro tan promisorio que tiene la ISO 9000, la intención de implementarla en las compañías constructoras es casi nula, y la importancia disminuye aún mas si no se tiene implementado el Sistema de Calidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The object of this investigation is to determinate the relevance regarding the quality management reglamentation system “ISO 9000:2000 within the construction companies of civil work in the city of Bucaramanga and its surrounding area. Nowadays, this has been a polemic theme, taking these companies to the search of getting certified, in order to be competitive in the market. On the other hand, this investigation pretends to demonstrate that these type of companies are also trying to apply the enviroment management system “ ISO 14000 “ for future demand of it. It is clear that the quality management system knowledge is well known, still, there are a few companies using it, however, they have quality controls as well. The enviroment management system have not had the relevance they should, not even because is such an important theme in the world today. It seems like this regulation will not have such a promissory future like the “ISO 9000” and its implementation within the builder companies will be rare. This aspect will continue being forgotten if these companies do not take the first step with the quality management system. | |
