| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto consistió en realizar el proceso de reingeniería al software Sipce versión 1 e incluir los resultados enfermeros para de esta manera brindar soporte completo al proceso de enfermería (integración de las taxonomías NANDA, NOC y NIC) llevado a cabo en las prácticas clínico comunitarias de la escuela de enfermería UIS, adaptándose a un entorno Web, de manera que el estudiantado interactúe activamente con el sistema. El proyecto realizado aporta a la escuela de enfermería nuevas herramientas, necesarias para dar respuesta a las actuales necesidades académicas y asistenciales propias de la profesión a su vez hacer visible su participación en la detección e intervención de los problemas de salud abordados en los diferentes campos de práctica. El trabajo contempla los conceptos de Diagnóstico, Intervención y Resultado enfermero, las taxonomías de Clasificación de Diagnósticos (NANDA), de Intervenciones (NIC), de Resultados (NOC) e integración de taxonomías (NNN). Para desarrollar el proyecto se utilizó metodología de proceso unificado de desarrollo software, el lenguaje unificado de modelado (UML), el lenguaje de programación Web PHP y el manejador de bases de datos MySql La aplicación fue construida bajo la arquitectura cliente/servidor. Algunas conclusiones del proyecto son: el diseño de una estructura organizada de bases de datos, la correcta estructuración de los controles de edición y validación de la información nos permitieron brindar las herramientas necesarias para el manejo correcto del sistema por parte de los usuarios. Se recomienda el nombramiento de una persona encargada de mantener las estructuras administrativas del sistema para su correcto funcionamiento. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project consisted on to carry out the re-engineerie process to the software Sipce version 1 and to include the results male nurses for this way to offer complete support to the nursing process (integration of the classifications NANDA, NOC and NIC) carried out in the community clinical practices of the nursing college UIS, adapting to an environment Web, so that students to interactue actively with the system. The carried out project contributes to the nurse's school new tools, necessary to give answer in turn to the current academic and assistance necessities characteristic of the profession to make visible its participation in the detection and intervention of the problems of health approached in the different practice fields. The work contemplates the concepts of Diagnostic, Intervention and male nurse, the Classification of Diagnostic (NANDA), of Interventions (NIC), of Results (NOC) and classification integration (NNN). To develop the project methodology of unified process of development software, the unified language it was used of modeling (UML), the programming language Web PHP and the databases manager was MySql the application was built under the architecture client/server. Some conclusions of the project are: the design of an organized structure of databases, the correct structuring of the edition controls and validation of the information allowed us to offer the necessary tools for the correct handling of the system on the part of the users. The appointment of a person is recommended in charge of maintaining the administrative structures of the system for its correct operation. | |
