dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto de grado se realizó como práctica empresarial basado en las exigencias de la norma 1438, la parte del estudio de costos en procedimientos quirúrgicos de mediana complejidad y su plan tarifario propio. Para llegar al cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos se analizó la norma, -mediante un mecanismo en Excel- se efectuaron recolección de datos; se determinaron costos fijos, costos variables, costos por paquete quirúrgico y tarifas; para finalizar se realizó un análisis para determinar cuál era la tarifa más idónea para la empresa y lograr ser competitivos en el mercado. También se realizó el planteamiento de costeo de 16 cirugías de mediana complejidad con su plan tarifario, para obtener paquetes competitivos a la demanda requerida en el mercado de salud; esto ayudó a reducir costos, optimizar recursos y convertir a la ESE ISABU en una entidad competitiva en la contratación por evento. Finalmente, durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se realizaron diferentes actividades de formación con el fin capacitar a los empleados frente al uso de la nueva
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project was written as a business practice based in the exigencies of the normative 1438, which describes and rules the middle complexity chirurgical procedure™s costs. To approach the proposed objectives, the norm was analyzed Œusing the sources of Excel -, information was recollected, constant and variable costs were determinate, and costs for surgery products were defined. An analysis was made to determinate which cost for the institution was the best to make it competitive. The stipulation of the cost of 16 middle complexity surgeries was made too to get competitive results for the need in health™s market. It helped to reduce costs, to optimize resources and to make ESE ISABU a competitive institution for event™s contracting. Finally, during the development of business practicing, several treaning activities were carried aout in order to educate the employees in the use of new costs platform and how create the concept of competitiveness which allowed integrate costing in its information system; in this way they achieved the implementation of a management tool which will help to make the financial decisions in any health entity.
