| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta las bases del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de la CORPORACIÓN CENTRO DE DESARROLLO PRODUCTIVO DEL SECTOR DE CONFECCIÓN DE SANTANDER CDP fundamentado en los principios y requerimientos de la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2000, incluyendo la descripción de los procesos principales de la empresa. El desarrollo del sistema de gestión de calidad de la CORPORACIÓN CENTRO DE DESARROLLO PRODUCTIVO DEL SECTOR DE CONFECCIÓN DE SANTANDER CDP se describe en este documento de la siguiente manera: En primer lugar se realizó una descripción de la organización, luego como referente teórico se contemplo la NTC-ISO 9001:2000, en el cual se fundamenta el sistema implementado en la organización y se referencia algunos conceptos de la educación no formal básicos para el sistema. En tercer lugar se desarrollo el diagnóstico inicial de la organización tanto en el sector como en cuanto al SGC. Seguidamente se estructura la etapa de planificación estableciendo la política de calidad, los objetivos y el alcance del sistema. El paso siguiente es la documentación estableciendo los documentos requeridos por la norma entre los cuales se incluyen los manuales, procedimientos, instructivos y registros. Paralelamente se efectúo la implementación de la documentación, posteriormente se realizó la auditoria interna de calidad y se planearon acciones de mejora, al final del proyecto se aprecian conclusiones y recomendación para el mejoramiento continúo de la organización. Este proyecto contribuirá a aumentar la capacidad de autosostenimiento y crecimiento de la CORPORACIÓN CENTRO DE DESARROLLO PRODUCTIVO DEL SECTOR DE CONFECCIÓN DE SANTANDER CDP, debido a que con el sistema se asegura la calidad de sus servicios ofreciendo de esta manera satisfacción al cliente. Este proyecto es realmente satisfactorio, ya que al realizar la práctica se pueden aplicar todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera para incrementar la eficacia de una organización. | |

The development of the system of management of quality of the CORPORACIÓN CENTRO DE DESARROLLO PRODUCTIVO DEL SECTOR DE CONFECCIÓN DE SANTANDER CDP.
