dc.description.abstract	El gas natural y todas sus ventajas técnicas, económicas y ecológicas presentan una formidable oportunidad de desarrollo y mejor calidad de vida para cualquier región que tenga la suerte de recibirlo en forma adecuadamente planificada y orientada al beneficio general. Por otro lado las ventajas del consumo del gas natural como combustible son las siguientes: combustión más limpia que otros combustibles, lo que facilita la exigencia de las normas ambientales, presentando precios competitivos y ventajas operacionales. Siguiendo con el plan de masificación del gas natural fue necesario realizar la aplicación de un nuevo gasoducto regional, para ampliar la cobertura de población beneficiada con este recurso. Se diseñó un gasoducto desde fundación Magdalena a Bosconia Cesar, con el objetivo de suministrar el gas natural a los municipios aledaños al tramo, Los cuales son: los corregimientos de Santarosa de lima y Caracolicito, junto con los municipios copey y Bosconia cesar. El proyecto inicialmente presenta generalidades del gas natural, gasoductos y descripción de las regiones beneficiadas con el mismo. Para el gasoducto se realizó un análisis técnico, donde se plantea las alternativas para el posible trazado y posteriormente se desarrolló un plan de manejo ambiental, con el fin de minimizar y mitigar los posibles impactos ambientales. Se analizó la viabilidad a una de las alternativas del proyecto. Por último se realizó un análisis económico teniendo en cuenta los parámetros financieros TIR, VPN. Basados en los resultados técnicos y Ambientales se da un concepto de viabilidad a la alternativa contemplada en el proyecto, pero económicamente el proyecto no es viable para la ejecución del gasoducto, el cual se conecta desde fundación hasta el municipio de Bosconia; por lo tanto se recomienda a los respectivos inversionistas manejar una tasa de descuento menor al valor de la TIR, para que el proyecto sea económicamente viable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The natural gas and all its technical advantages, economic and ecological present a good opportunity for development and improved quality of life for any region that has the lucky enough to receive it, properly planned and directed for overall benefit. On the other hand the advantages of natural gas consumption as fuel are: burns cleaner than other fuels, which makes easy the requirement of environmental standards, introducing competitive pricing and operational advantages. Following the plan of massing of natural gas, it was necessary the application of a new regional pipeline to expand the coverage of the population that have benefited this resource. Was designed a pipeline from Cesar Bosconia to Magdalena foundation with the objective of supplying natural gas to municipalities bordering the stretch, they are: the villages of Santarosa and Caracolicito , together with municipalities and Bosconia Cesar and the Copey . The project initially presented an overview of natural gas pipelines and description of the regions that benefit from it. For pipeline was elaborated technical analysis, which raises the possible alternatives for layout and later was developed an environmental management plan, in order to minimize and mitigate potential environmental impacts. We analyzed the viability of the project alternatives. Finally, we performed an economic analysis taking into account the parameters financial IRR, NPV. based on the technical and environmental was feasibility concept gives the alternative provided for in the project but the project economically not feasible to implement in the gas pipeline, which fundation connects to municipality with Bosconia ; so is recommended to the respective investors handle a lower discount to the rate to the value of the IRR, for that project be economically viable.
