dc.description.abstract	El siguiente trabajo presenta el diseño del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el área administrativa de la empresa INVERSIONES Y CONSTRUCCIONES HD SAS; Una organización encargada de construcción de edificios residenciales, no residenciales, proyectos de servicio al público, privado, actividades de arquitectura e ingeniería y otras actividades conexas a la consultoría técnica. Inicialmente se define el alcance, política y objetivos del Sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, se presenta un diagnóstico inicial del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo teniendo en cuenta los requisitos mínimos de la evaluación inicial de la Resolución 0312 del 2019 y finalmente se plantean unos sistemas, planes y programas con el fin de mitigar el riesgo laboral. Se diseñó el manual del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo con el fin de que la constructora documente los procedimientos necesario para cumplir la norma OHSAS 18001 y decreto 1072 de 2015; dicho manual se enfoca a los programas de cultura de calidad de vida en los trabajadores, vigilancia del riesgo psicosocial, prevención de accidentes, trabajo seguro en alturas y programa de riesgo químico con el fin de gestionar el riesgo al que está expuesto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following work presents the design of the health and safety at work system for the administrative area of the company INVERSIONES Y CONSTRUCCIONES HD SAS; an organization in charge of the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, public and private service projects, architectural and engineering activities and other activities related to technical consultancy. Initially, the scope, policy and objectives of the Occupational Safety and Health System are defined, an initial diagnosis of the Occupational Safety and Health System is presented, taking into account the minimum requirements of the initial evaluation of Resolution 0312 of 2019, and finally, systems, plans and programs are proposed in order to mitigate occupational risk. The occupational health and safety management system manual was designed so that the construction company can document the procedures required to comply with OHSAS 18001 and Decree 1072 of 2015; this manual focuses on the programs for a culture of quality of life among workers, monitoring of psychosocial risk, accident prevention, safe work at heights and the chemical risk program in order to manage the risk to which it is exposed.
