dc.description.abstract	Este documento contiene la forma en la cual se planea, documenta, implementa, mide y verifica un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad bajo los lineamientos de la norma técnica Colombiana ISO 9001: 2008 en DIDACTICA SUMINISTROS S.A, para permitirle a esta última el fortalecimiento de sus mecanismos de seguimiento, control y la mejora de cada uno de sus procesos Para dar inicio al desarrollo del proyecto se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación en la cual se encontraba la empresa al inicio del proyecto. Con base en estos resultados, la información y participación del personal de la empresa se definen los procesos con los cuales se crea el sistema de gestión de la calidad, política de calidad, objetivos de calidad, manual de calidad, procedimientos, caracterizaciones, registros y demás documentos necesarios. El paso siguiente una vez documentado el sistema, fue definir los indicadores de gestión que proporcionaran información que facilite el control de cada proceso. Estos indicadores de gestión servirán para alimentar el cuadro de mando que le permite a la gerencia medir la eficacia del sistema de acuerdo a la frecuencia establecida. Estos resultados de medición junto con el desarrollo de la revisión por la dirección y las auditorías internas muestran como las acciones correctivas y/o preventivas que se realicen al sistema dan la pauta para la mejora continua; claro esta que todo este proceso en conjunto se desarrolló bajo la continua sensibilización y capacitación de toda la organización para lograr adaptarla a la nueva cultura de DIDACTICA SUMNISTROS S.A. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document contains the steps of how a System of Management of Quality is planned, documented, implemented, measured and verified under the outlines of the technical Colombian standard ISO 9001:2008 in DIDACTICA SUMINISTROS S.A. to allow it to strengthen its mechanisms for monitoring, controlling and improving each of their processes. In order to start development of the project, a diagnosis is made of the status of the company at the beginning. Based on these results, the information and participation of the staff of the company defines the processes which creates the system of management of the quality, policy of quality, objectives of quality, necessary manual of quality, procedures, characterizations, registries and other documents. The next step, once the system has been documented, is to define the indicators of management to provide information to facilitate the control of each process. These indicators of management will serve to feed the control panel that allows the managers to measure the effectiveness of the system according to the established frequency. These results of measurement along with the development of the revision by the managing staff and the internal audits, show how the remedial and/or preventive actions made to the system give the rules for the continuous improvement; of course that all this process altogether was developed under the continuous awareness and training of all the organization in order to manage to adapt it to the new culture of DIDACTICA SUMNISTROS S.A. 3 Project Degree 4 Faculty of Mechanical Engineerings Physical, School of Industrial and Enterprise Studies, Industrial Engineering, Director: Engineer Walter
