| dc.description.abstract | El proceso de intervención de Trabajo Social en el proyecto Redes Comunitarias Para La Atención de la Violencia Intrafamiliar con Énfasis en Violencia Contra la Mujer en la Pareja Municipio de Puerto Wilches es una iniciativa que aporta elementos valiosos para la intervención de la violencia contra la mujer desde su empoderamiento en sus comunidades, visibilizando la problemática y emprendiendo acciones desde la alteridad para transformarla. Este proyecto se llevo acabo con el apoyo de la Fundación Mujer y Futuro y el Alto Comisionado de Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados. Este ejercicio de sistematización muestra cada uno de los pasos previstos para la intervención como son el diagnóstico, planeación, ejecución y evaluación, para ello la metodología participativa, el dialogo de saberes, la construcción colectiva se constituyeron en elementos valiosos para emprender el trabajo en cinco barrios del municipio, y las instituciones encargadas de atender la problemática de la violencia contra la mujer; así mismo este proceso fue reconocido por el Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo como una Buena Práctica de Paz. Entre sus resultados presenta: configurar acciones de visibilización en el área urbana del municipio, promover la gobernabilidad y el empoderamiento de las mujeres que viven la situación, con acciones creativas y novedosas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The investigative process of the project Community Networks with attention to Domestic Violence with an emphasis on Violence against Women in the Municipality of Puerto Wilches is an initiative that bring important inputs to the discourse on interventions in domestic violence aimed at women through female empowerment in the community, putting the problem in a new perspective and making use of lessons learned to transform its reality. This investigation was made possible with the help and support of Fundación Mujer y Futuro and UNHCR (UN High Commissioner for Refugees). The study follows the different phases of the intervention; the diagnosis, the planning phase, the implementation, and the evaluation, through a participatory methodology. The collective assessment then serves as the methodological building block of the field work realized in five neighborhoods of the municipality. This process was recognized by UNDP (the United Nations Development Agency) as a good code of conduct for peace. The study shows how to shape actions of visibility in the urban area of the municipality, as well as the importance of promoting female empowerment in the women that live the problem with new and creative ways of interaction. | |
