dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado representa el resultado de la práctica socio-jurídica realizada en la Coordinación de Comisarías de familia, Secretaría del interior. El objetivo de la práctica era brindar apoyo a las funciones e investigar los cambios de las funciones de comisarías de familia y su funcionamiento a partir de la expedición de la ley 2126 de 2021. Este documento es una análisis que comenzó explorando las leyes que rigen el funcionamiento de las comisarías de familia, especialmente los cambios derivados de la ley 2126 de 2021, así como la coordinación de comisarías de familia establece sus funciones en conjunto a diferentes entes municipales en Bucaramanga y las rutas de atención a víctimas de violencia en el contexto familiar y violencia basada en género.Concluye con un análisis de las actividades realizadas en la coordinación de comisarías de familia, y los cambios brindados por la ley 2126 de 2021 en el funcionamiento y alcances de las mismas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This undergraduate thesis represents the result of the socio-legal practicum carried out within the Coordination Office of the Family Commissariats, Secretariat of the Interior. The objective of the practicum was to provide support for institutional functions and to investigate the changes in the roles and operations of the Family Commissariats following the enactment of Law 2126 of 2021. This document presents an analysis that begins by exploring the legal framework governing the operation of the Family Commissariats, with particular emphasis on the modifications introduced by Law 2126 of 2021. It also examines how the Coordination Office of the Family Commissariats defines its functions in collaboration with various municipal entities in Bucaramanga, as well as the response pathways for victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence. The study concludes with an analysis of the activities undertaken within the Coordination Office of the Family Commissariats, and the impact of Law 2126 of 2021 on their functioning and scope.
