dc.description.abstract	Los niños son el futuro de cualquier sociedad puesto que de su desarrollo personal y de su grado de compromiso para con la sociedad depende el avance, estancamiento o regresión de las comunidades; en tal virtud es obligatorio que se piense seriamente en proporcionarles los medios para que ellos tengan la posibilidad de formarse integralmente adquiriendo las herramientas necesarias para responder a su responsabilidad de desempeñarse como un ser emprendedor. La factibilidad que se ha desarrollado ofrece los parámetros y lineamientos necesarios para crear un centro educativo que oferte educación personalizada y brinde la posibilidad de aprender de manera creativa, lúdica e innovadora. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el mercado oferente no hay un centro educativo con iguales características de servicio a las del presente centro educativo, objeto del estudio, a su vez la demanda se ha interesado por conocer y llegar, en su momento de operación, a requerir estos servicios; el estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de estos servicios; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial y el capital de trabajo están al alcance de los interesados en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativos sino por el contrario generara empleo, calidad de vida a sus inversionistas y aporta al sector educativo, y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR y VPN indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un corto plazo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The children are the future of any society since on its personal development and its degree of commitment towards the society the advance, stagnation or regression of the communities depend; in such virtue it is obligatory that one thinks seriously about providing means to them so that they have the possibility of forming integrally acquiring the tools necessary to respond to their responsibility to evolve like an enterprising being. The feasibility that has been developed offers the parameters and lineaments necessary to create an educative center that supplies customized education and offers the possibility of learning of creative, playful and innovating way. The made studies allow to observe that in the offering market there is no an educative center with equal characteristics on watch to those of the present educative center, object of the study, the demand has as well been interested to know and to arrive, at their moment of operation, to require these services; the technical study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining the necessary location, processes distribution in plant and resources for his beginning; its organizational constitution is simple and allows to plan, to administer, to direct and to control the own activities of these services; the financial study indicates that the initial investment and the capital of work are within reach of the interested ones in the project and the evaluation allows to see that there are no environmental impacts and social negatives but on the contrary generated use, quality of life to its investors and contributes to the educative sector, and with respect to the financial part indicators TIR and VPN indicate economic kindness of the project for recovery of the investment in a short term.
