| dc.description.abstract | Los sistemas expertos (SE) son una rama de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y se emplean para ejecutar tareas que son normalmente realizadas por personas que son consideradas expertas en un dominio específico; y su principal virtud es que se enfrentan a problemas del mundo real. En las unidades de cuidados intensivos pediátricas (UCIP) se encuentran situaciones en la labor diaria como el error humano y además es uno de los escenarios médicos que dispone de más información que cualquier otro, manejando una gran cantidad de variables que la hacen muy susceptible a este error. Para combatir estas situaciones se plantea por la Fundación Cardiovascular de Colombia (FCV) la construcción de un prototipo de SE, desarrollado mediante la metodología de proceso unificado (PU), con sus cuatro fases y las disciplinas que se creyeron necesarias. Para esto la FCV necesito un estudiante que apoyara las actividades que corresponden a las disciplinas de modelado de negocio, requisitos, diseño, prueba, despliegue, gestión de la configuración y cambios, gestión del proyecto y entorno. Dentro de las actividades se encuentran la revisión del marco teórico y estado del arte de los SE, el diseño y la implementación de los elementos fundamentales de la arquitectura de un SE. También se realizaron las actividades de los módulos necesarios para la administración del sistema, como la asignación de permisos a los diferentes usuarios, las copias de seguridad y la administración de reglas. Con todos los elementos resultantes de estas actividades se obtuvo un prototipo de SE que sentó las bases para continuar con el proyecto hasta generar un producto con mayores características, que inclusive llegue a aprender de la experiencia adquirida y así ayudar mucho mas al experto en el área medica. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The expert systems (ES) are a division of de artificial intelligence (IA) y they are used to make works that are normally made by people that are considered experts in a specific dominion; and their principal characteristic is they fight against problems of the true life. In the pediatric intensive care units (PICU) we usually found situations in the daily duty as the human mistake y beside the PICU is one of the medical sceneries that have more information than any other, leading with a big amount of variables that make it very susceptible to the mistakes. To fight against these situations is planed by the Cardiovascular Foundation (FCV) to make a prototype of SE, developed by using the methodology of Unified Process (UP) with its four phases y the disciplines that was thought necessaries. For making this the FCV needed one student to support the activities that correspond to the disciplines of business modeling, requisites, design, probe, release, configuration gestation and changes, project gestation and environment. Among all the activities it's found the theory mark and state of art of the ES, the design and the implementation of the principal elements of the SE architecture. Besides was made all the activities of the necessaries modules to the administration of the system like the assignation of permissions to the different users, the back ups and the rules administration. With all these resultant elements of those activities was made an ES prototype that sat the bases to continue with the project until generate a product with bigger characteristics and that it learns of the acquired experience and in that way to help much more to the expert in medical area.
