| dc.description.abstract | En este documento se presenta la documentación correspondiente a la práctica empresarial en la empresa Visafam Ltda, donde se realizó el trabajo de coordinación de sistemas, brindando soporte tanto de software como de hardware a todas las dependencias, usuarios, equipos clientes y servidores. En el transcurso de la práctica se establecen manuales, políticas y algunos lineamientos a seguir en el manejo de los recursos informáticos con el fin de prevenir pérdida de información y brindar beneficios que ayuden a incrementar la productividad en los procesos que se manejan a diario en la empresa. Este trabajo está orientado a establecer una cultura empresarial en cuanto al manejo y el buen uso de los recursos informáticos, al igual que brindar la seguridad e integridad de la información y de esta forma mantener una red operativa, eficiente, segura y constantemente monitoreada. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper presents the documentation corresponding to the internship realized at Visafam LTDA, where I worked on system coordination, offering both software and hardware support to all dependencies, users, client machines and servers. During the internship, manuals, policies and some guidelines were established to continue managing the IT resources in order to prevent data loss and to offer benefits to help increase productivity in the processes that are handled daily in the company. This Paper aims to establish a business culture for the management and good use of the IT resources, to offer information security and integrity and in this way to support an efficient, secure and constantly monitored operations network. A preventive and corrective maintenance handbook is established for the software, the hardware, backup and Restore plans and policies, a policies handbook manual for the good use of the software and computer equipment, and a handbook for the installation of Windows server 2008 and inclusion of the equipments(teams) to a work domain. In a daily basis companies manipulate important information, systems coordination must be up to acquired, evaluate and administrate all of the informatic resources in communication that gives support to organization giving more responsibilities to the net administration through best tecnics in a periodic use in order to maintain a net operational, efficient, secure and constantly checked, with proper schedules and well documented. | |
