dc.description.abstract	La importancia del sistema de puesta a tierra dentro de la instalación eléctrica es día a día un tema de mayor relevancia y se estipula en la actual reglamentación (RETIE), por lo que el estado de estos sistemas dentro del campus universitario fue la justificación que se tiene para la realización de este proyecto de investigación. Inicialmente y como parte del marco teórico se hace una recolección de información en diferentes bases de datos que permita la documentación de manera adecuada con el fin de ahondar en punto como: definiciones claves, funciones, requisitos y componentes de los sistemas de puesta a tierra. Las mediciones necesarias para poder realizar el diagnostico se encuentra consignado en el desarrollo de la tesis haciendo énfasis en los valores permisibles así como los equipos a utilizar, métodos empleados, posibles fuentes de error y una reseña de la metodología. El estudio diagnostico se fundamenta en la tipificación de cada una de las subestaciones con su respectiva puesta a tierra, en ella contempla tanto la descripción grafica como explicita con el fin ubicar las posibles anomalías. El recorrido expuesto en el libro abarca mapas, una interventoría tipo RETIE con soporte fotográfico y una narración de los componentes del sistema. Todos los valores productos de las medidas se encuentran estipulados en este trabajo haciendo énfasis en toda la metodología a seguir (fecha, tipo de orientación, referencia, punto a medir, valor medido y valor calculado) todas las tablas se encuentran claramente referenciadas y se brinda el apoyo visual para entender claramente la distribución de las tensiones que pueden causar efectos nocivos para operarios y transeúntes. Finalmente se enlistan todas las no conformidades para poder valorizarlas y permitir todo tipo de arreglo, enumerando cada ítem que tendremos en cuenta para nuestro estudio económico tales como: materiales, herramienta, transporte, equipos, diseño entre otros.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The importance of the grounding system within the electrical installation is every day a relevant topic and is set forth in current regulations (RETIE), so that the state of these systems within the university campus was the justification for conducting this research project. Initially and as part of the theoretical framework performs a collection of information in different databases that allow the documentation properly where we could delve into key point as: key definitions, functions, requirements and components grounding systems. The measurements necessary to perform the diagnosis is recorded in the development of the thesis with emphasis on the permissible values as well as: equipment to use, methods used, possible sources of mistake and a review of the methodology. The diagnostic study is based on the definition of each of the substations with their respective ground belonging, which includes both graphic and explicit description to locate any anomalies. The route outlined in the book includes maps, an auditing type RETIE with photographic support and a narrative of the system components. All values, products of the measures are stipulated in this work, doing emphasis throughout the methodology to continuing (date, type of orientation, target point, Measured value and calculated value) all tables are clearly referenced and provides the visual aid to clearly understand the distribution of stresses that can cause harmful effects to workers and passers. Finally, we listed all nonconformities in order to appreciate them and allow all type of arrangement listing each item you have in mind for our economic study such as: materials, tools, transportation, equipment, design, inter alia.
