dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de esta guía de buenas prácticas operacionales tiene como propósito brindar soporte a los operadores del CPF Corcel en la operación de los equipos utilizados para el manejo del crudo teniendo en cuenta las condiciones actuales de operación de los campos de los bloques Corcel y Guatiquia, estandarizando y unificando procedimientos en el desarrollo de sus actividades diarias y que estas actividades cumplan con los parámetros de calidad de acuerdo a la normatividad legal y técnica vigente, permitiendo realizar cada actividad de manera confiable, segura y oportuna. Se realiza una descripción del proceso y los equipos instalados en el CPF Corcel para el manejo de la producción de crudo de los bloques Corcel y Guatiquia, enfatizando que el manejo de crudo para cada uno de estos bloques se realizan de manera independiente cumpliendo con lo establecido por la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, ANH. Con las condiciones actuales de operación de los pozos se realiza un análisis de los equipos instalados para manejo de crudo en el CPF Corcel con el fin de verificar que estos tengan la capacidad de manejar los caudales actuales de producción. Se realiza diseño de los separadores, se calcula el tiempo de retención de líquidos y el caudal de gas con los que actualmente operan los separadores de la estación. Adicionalmente se calcula el tiempo de retención del crudo en los Gun Barrels. Se realiza descripción del procedimiento de arranque de la estación Corcel y se actualizan los procedimientos operativos de los equipos utilizados para manejo de crudo con el fin de estandarizar estos procedimientos en el CPF Corcel, de igual manera se solicita codificación de estos procedimientos en el sistema integral de gestión de calidad de Frontera Energy
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of the development of guide of good operational practices is to provide support to the Corcel CPF operators in the operation of the equipments used for the management of crude oil production, taking into account the current operating conditions of the fields of the Corcel blocks and Guatiquia, standardizing and unifying procedures in the development of their daily activities and that these activities comply with quality parameters in accordance with current legal and technical regulations, allowing each activity to be carried out reliably, safely and in a timely manner. A description of the process and the equipment installed in the Corcel CPF for the management of the crude oil production of the Corcel and Guatiquia blocks is made, emphasizing that the management of crude oil production for each of these blocks is carried out independently complying with the provisions of the National Hydrocarbons Agency, ANH. With the current conditions of operation of the wells, an analysis of the equipment installed for handling crude oil production at CPF Corcel is carried out in order to verify that these have the capacity to handle the current production flows. The design of the separators is carried out, the liquid retention time and the gas flow rate with which the station separators currently operate are calculated. Additionally, the retention time of crude oil in the Gun Barrels is calculated. A description is made of the start-up procedure of the Corcel station and the operating procedures of the equipments used to handle crude oil are updated with the purpose of to standardize these procedures in the Corcel CPF, in the same way it is requested to codify these procedures in the integral system of quality management of Frontera Energy.
