| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto ELABORACIÓN DE UN PROGRAMA ORIENTADO A LA GESTIÓN EN EL SEGUIMIENTO DE INSPECCIONES METALMECÁNICAS DE LA PLANTA MEXICHEM COLOMBIA S.A están localizadas en Cartagena D.T, donde se producen resinas tipo suspensión y emulsión, a través de la polimerización del MVC (monocloruro de vinilo),tiene como objeto elaborar un programa matriz de seguimiento en el area metalmecánica de los equipos estáticos basado en procedimientos de inspección no destructiva ultrasonido y tintas penetrantes de acuerdo al código ASME Sección VIII Y Sección V, II La elaboración de la matriz incluye, la revisión y recopilación del proceso metalmecánico de los equipos estáticos de la planta, permitiendo relacionar la información acerca del deterioro de estos, el nivel de criticidad está directamente relacionado con el tiempo de acción y la probabilidad de falla, el registro del numero del equipo su descripción e indicativo, realizando el seguimiento a las recomendaciones por medio de técnicas no destructivas tales como inspección visual, ultrasonido medición de espesores y líquidos penetrantes basado en códigos y normas, permitiendo una verificación de recomendaciones no ejecutadas, categorización del grado de cumplimiento y puesta en marcha de la misma. Por medio de este programa también es posible conocer la frecuencia de inspección de los equipos y el nivel de criticidad asegurando así la integridad de los equipos y alargando el tiempo de vida de estos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project development of a programme for the management in the follow-up inspection of the plant metalworking MEXICHEM Colombia SA are located in Cartagena DT, which produce resins type suspension and emulsion, through polymerization of MVC (monocloruro vinyl) aims to develop a program tracking matrix in the area of metalworking equipment static inspection procedures based on non-destructive ultrasound and penetrating inks according to ASME Code Section VIII And Section V, II The development of the matrix includes the revision and compilation process of metal static equipment of the plant, allowing relate information about the deterioration of these, the level of criticality is directly related to the time of action and the probability of failure, the registration number of his team's description and illustration, tracking the recommendations by non-destructive techniques such as visual inspection, ultrasound measurement of thickness and liquid penetrating based on codes and standards, allowing for verification of recommendations not implemented, categorizing the degree of compliance and implementation of the same.
