dc.description.abstract	El ingreso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en la educación está cambiando el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje llevándolo al uso de nuevas técnicas donde el alumno está tomando el control de su aprendizaje y el docente es solo un acompañante encargado de proporcionarle las herramientas necesarias para la construcción del conocimiento alos estudiantes que cada día más encuentran en la red medios bibliográficos de diversa índole que les permiten poder acceder a mejores materiales y medios de soporte en su desarrollo intelectual y académico. MeiWeb (Material Educativo Informático en la Web) es una plataforma educativa que integra diferentes herramientas de comunicación en un espacio virtual de aprendizaje que ofrece un entorno colaborativo de trabajo, desarrollo de actividades compartidas e intercambio de conocimiento en tiempo real. En la realización de este proyecto se llevó a cabo aplicación de reingeniería a la versión MEIWEB 5.0 para implementar nuevas funcionalidades, verificar y realizar los correctivos en algunas de las existentes, mejorar y optimizar el software. En la etapa de desarrollo se escogió el modelo en espiral, donde las actividades se conforman en una espiral, en la que cada bucle representa un conjunto de actividades. Se llevaron a cabo la implementación de un eficiente mecanismo de realimentación educativa entre estudiantes de una misma asignatura como es la nueva funcionalidad de co-evaluaciones. También, se establecieron interesantes cambios en el módulo de evaluaciones y banco de preguntas, que permitirán al docente tener mayores posibilidades de aplicar mejor pedagogía en su labor de enseñanza.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The entry of information technologies and communication technologies in education is changing the teaching and learning taking it to the use of new techniques where students are taking control of their learning and the teacher is only responsible for providing an escort necessary tools for the construction of knowledge to the students every day more are in the bibliographic network media of various kinds that allow them to access better materials and support means in their intellectual and academic development. MeiWeb (Computer Educational Material on the Web) is an educational platform that integrates different communication tools in a virtual learning space that offers a collaborative work environment, development of shared activities and knowledge sharing in real time. In conducting this project was carried out applying the reengineering MEIWEB version 5.0 to implement new features, verify and make corrections in some of the existing ones, improve and optimize the software. In the development stage of the spiral model, where activities are formed into a spiral, in which each loop represents a set of activities chosen. Were carried out the implementation of an efficient feedback mechanism between education students in the same subject as the new functionality co assessments. Interesting changes is also established in the form of assessments and question bank that will allow teachers have greater opportunities to apply best pedagogy in their teaching.
