| dc.description.abstract | Lossistemasbasadosenelconocimiento,específicamentelasreglasdeproducción,seutilizaronparaestructurarelSOFTWAREDEAPOYOALENTRENAMIENTODELOSOPERADORESDELASSUBESTACIONESDETRANSMISIONDEENERGIAELECTRICA,SAE-OS,estaesunaherramientacomputacionalparaentrenaralasistenteenelfuncionamientodelassubestacionesdetransmisióndeenergía,atravésdelseguimientodelasconsignasoperativasybajofalla.Laherramientapermitedesarrollarhabilidadesydestrezasenelmanejodelasmismas,paralograrasíunmayordesempeño en los asistentes de subestación.Para logrartalfin,elsistemahaceusodealgoritmosdeinferenciaqueinteractúanconsubasedeconocimientointernaylepermitealasistentedesubestaciónrealizarelseguimientodelasconsignas,orealizarlasaccionesquecreesonlasadecuadasyelsistemaleinformarasihaprocedidocorrectamente.Enamboscasossesiguentantolasconsignasoperativasconlas consignas bajo falla.El softwaretambiénconstadetresmódulos:elModulodeTutorial,eldeAdministracióndeBasedeConocimientoyeldeAdministracióndeUsuarios.El ModuloTutorialpermitealusuarioconocerconmásdetalleconceptosrelacionadosconlassubestacionesdetransmisiónylasconsignasoperativasy bajo falla. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The systems based on the knowledge, specifically the production rules, wereused to structure the SOFTWARE OF SUPPORT TO THE TRAINING OF THEOPERATORS OF THE SUBSTATIONS OF TRANSMISSION OF ELECTRICPOWER," SAE-OS", that is a computational tool to train the assistant in theoperation of the substations of energy transmission, through the pursuit of theoperative procedures and under-fail. The tool allows to develop abilities anddexterities in the handling of the same ones, to achieve this way a biggeracting in the substation assistants. To achieve such end, the system makes use of algorithms of inferencia thatinteract with its internal base of knowledge and permits it to the assistant ofsubestacion to carry out the monitoring of the procedures, or to carry out theactions that believes are the adequate and the system reported it if hasproceeded correctly. In both cases continue so much the operatingprocedures as the procedures under failure. The software also consists of three modules: the Tutorial module, that ofadministration of base of knowledge and that of administration of users. TheTutorial module to allow the user to know with more details concepts relatedwith the transmission substations and the operative procedures and under-fail.He modulates of administration of base of knowledge; it allows the entranceand the upgrade from the new procedures to the base of the knowledge. Hemodulates of administration of users it allows to create the authorized users forthe use of the system, with their respective entrance permits.
