| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del proyecto es diseñar el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad bajo los lineamientos de la norma NTC ISO 9001:2000 "REQUISITOS" con el fin de proporcionarle a la organización una herramienta de gestión de tipo gerencial que mejore la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos y de esta manera brindarle el mejor servicio a los clientes superando todas sus expectativas. El soporte teórico del proyecto se fundamenta principalmente en los conceptos relativos a sistemas de gestión de la calidad, así como los relacionados con la generación térmica de energía a través de un conocimiento a fondo del proceso y del funcionamiento de la planta. Contiene la metodología empleada en las etapas de planificación y documentación del SGC, las cuales comprende, entre otros; aspectos como el diagnóstico de la situación encontrada en cuanto al cumplimiento de requisitos la norma, diagnóstico de XI documentación, diagnóstico de los recursos necesarios, metodología de sensibilización al personal, definición de la política y objetivos de calidad, identificación de procesos y sus interrelaciones, metodología de elaboración de la documentación del sistema para la estandarización de los procesos (manual de calidad, instructivos, procedimientos, registros, guías, planes, entre otros) y definición de indicadores de gestión. Finalmente se presenta una auditoría de suficiencia para evaluar el sistema de gestión de la calidad en relación al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of the project is to design the SGC under the guidelines of norm NTC ISO 9001:2000 "Requirements", with the purpose of providing to the organization a management tool that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, and this way to offer a better service to its clients, surpassing its expectations. The technical support of the project is based mainly on the concepts relative to SGC, as well as the related ones to the thermal generation of energy through a thorough knowledge of the process and the operation of the plant. The report contains the methodology used in the planning and documentation stages of the SGC, which includes, among others, aspects such as the diagnosis of the situation found in relation to the fulfilment of the requirements of the norm diagnosis of documentation, methodology of awareness, definition of policies and objectives of the IX quality, identification of processes and its interrelations, and methodology of elaboration of the documentation of the system for the standardization of the processes. Finally a sufficiency audit appears to evaluate the SGC in relation to the fulfilment of the requirements of NTC ISO 9001:2000 | |
