dc.description.abstract	Con el presente proyecto se pretende contribuir con el desarrolló agroindustrial en el Municipio de Barichara buscando de esta forma un subproducto de la mandarina mejorando así los ingresos de los cultivadores los cuáles se ven afectados con los bajos precios de la fruta. La comercialización de licores aperitivos y aperitivos de frutas tropicales está tomando bastante vuelo a nivel Nacional e Internacional se pretende con este producto implementar en Barichara un Aperitivo que contenga las características de olor, sabor y color propios de la zona. El producir y comercializar Aperitivo a Base de Mandarina está orientado básicamente a un mercado interno cubriendo principalmente la zona de la provincia Guanentina logrando así nuevos mercados que permitir cubrirlo a nivel Regional Nacional e Internacional. La producción del Apetitivo a base de mandarina es artesanal para la elaboración, se manejara con las normas de Higiene y manipulaciones aptas para cualquier producto de consumo humano, esta forma se manejaran los precios ya que cualquier persona sin importar su estrato social podrá adquirir este producto. La empresa está constituida legalmente el estudio de mercados y su competencia ya están plenamente identificados, se realizó un análisis estratégico para de esta forma buscar su comercialización, un estudio financiero el cual muestra resultados positivos para la recuperación de la inversión en corto plazo mostrando de esta forma la viabilidad de este proyecto sea realizado en Barichara Santander
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present project aims to contribute to the agro-industrial development in the town of Barichara. In this way we are looking for a sub-product of the mandarin that helps improve the incomes of farmers who are affected with the low prices of the fruit. The trading of the liquor appetizers and wines made of tropical fruit is taking a high national and international importance. It’s an aim to implement with this product an appetizer that has the smell and the flavor distinctive of Barichara. The production and trading of the mandarin based appetizer is basically oriented to a local market mainly covering the área of the province Guanentina, getting new markets more than on a national and international level. The making of the mandarin based appetitive is artisanal; it’s handled with the highest hygiene standards and manipulations suitable to any product consumed by humans. Any person can access this product since the prices are also accessible regardless of the person’s social level. The company is legally established based on a market study and its possible competition is widely identified. A strategic analysis was carried out to find the best commercialization way; the financial study that shows positive results for the recovery of the investment on a short term showing this way the feasibility of this project in Barichara Santander
