dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como propósito determinar la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de chocolate con leche instantánea (CHOCOLECHE) en presentación personal en el municipio de San Alberto – Cesar, se origina con el propósito de dar solución a la preparación rápida de un alimento tradicional y muy nutritivo para todos los integrantes de la familia, además se tiene en cuenta a aquellas personas que por diferentes situaciones no pueden consumir azúcar. Se realizaron los siguientes estudios; de mercado, técnico, financiero, administrativo y ambiental en ellos se obtuvo información importante para poder definir qué tan factible es la puesta en marcha de esta idea empresarial que lo que busca es la generación de nuevas oportunidades laborales para los habitantes del municipio y una manera de crear empresa para las autoras del proyecto. Dentro de la investigación realizada se puede observar que se cuenta con una gran cantidad de habitantes y con la posibilidad de llegar a mercados de los municipios aledaños como lo es San Martin y Aguachica- Cesar, con el fin de que la empresa pueda ser rentable financieramente y pueda permanecer por mucho tiempo en el mercado. El objetivo principal de este proyecto son los resultados obtenidos dentro de los diferentes estudios realizados ya que de aquí se parte para empezar a organizar las diferentes áreas funcionales con las que debe contar la empresa y enfrentar los diferentes retos necesarios para la puesta en marcha de la nueva empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this project is to determine the feasibility for the creation of a company that produces instant milk chocolate (CHOCOLECHE) in personal presentation in the municipality of San Alberto - Cesar, it originates with the purpose of providing a solution to the rapid preparation of a Traditional and highly nutritious food for all members of the family, it also takes into account those people who, due to different situations, cannot consume sugar. The following studies were conducted; market, technical, financial, administrative and environmental information was obtained in them, important information was obtained to be able to define how feasible the implementation of this business idea is that what it seeks is the generation of new job opportunities for the inhabitants of the municipality and a way to create a company for the authors of the project. Within the research carried out, it can be observed that there are a large number of inhabitants and with the possibility of reaching markets in the neighboring municipalities such as San Martin and Aguachica-Cesar, in order for the company to be financially profitable. And can stay on the market for a long time. The main objective of this project are the results obtained within the different studies carried out since from here we start to start organizing the different functional areas that the company must have and face the different challenges necessary for the start-up of the new company.
