| dc.description.abstract | A mediados del año 2001, el Nodo de Producción más Limpia de Santander-NPML y la Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de BucaramangaCDMB pusieron en marcha el proyecto “ESTUDIO TÉCNICO-ECONÓMICO DE ALTERNATIVAS DE MEJORAMIENTO AMBIENTAL PARA EL SECTOR DE LAVADEROS DE VEHÍCULOS UBICADOS EN EL ÁREA DE JURISDICCIÓN DE LA CDMB” de dicho proyecto entre otras cosas, se obtuvo una cartilla preliminar sobre el manejo ambiental para los establecimientos de lavado de vehículos, la cual contiene diseños, evaluación de costos y manuales de operación y mantenimiento de las unidades y sistemas de tratamiento, una guía de manejo de lodos aceitosos y aceites usados y uso más eficiente del agua. Actualmente se inició la segunda fase del proyecto, que busca la implantación de las alternativas identificadas en la fase 1, perfeccionar la cartilla para el sector, brindar herramientas de mejoramiento ambiental que permitan al industrial cumplir con la normatividad ambiental y ejercer un control más exitoso sobre su proceso productivo. Con el propósito de que esta segunda fase fuera exitosa y alcanzara sus objetivos, se desarrolló el presente proyecto. En la ejecución de éste se recopiló información de interés para la autoridad ambiental sobre los lavaderos de vehículos y de acuerdo a un modelo de datos, desarrollado también durante el proyecto, se incorporó dicha información a un Sistema de Información Geográfica; todo esto con el fin de proveer a la CDMB y al NPML de una herramienta que les permitiera la fácil actualización de la información y al mismo tiempo les brindara soporte para realizar consultas y análisis, esto en aras de optimizar el ejercicio del monitoreo y control ambiental en el sector de lavaderos de vehículos por parte de los entes mencionados. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | By the middle of the year 2001, the Node of Cleaner Production of Santander-NPML and the Regional Autonomous Corporation for the Defense of the Plateau of Bucaramanga-CDMB started the project TECHNICIAN-ECONOMIC STUDY OF ALTERNATIVES OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT FOR THE SECTOR OF LAUNDRIES OF VEHICLES LOCATED IN THE AREA OF JURISDICTION OF THE CDMB of this project among other things, a preliminary note was obtained on the environmental handling for the establishments of laundry of vehicles, which contains designs, evaluation of costs and operation manuals and maintenance of the units and treatment systems, a guide of handling of oily muds and oil used and more efficient use of the water. At the moment the second phase of the project began that looks for the installation of the alternatives identified in the phase 1, to perfect the note for the sector, offer tools of environmental improvement that allow to the industrial one to fulfill the environmental norms and to exercise a more successful control on its productive process. With the purpose that this second phase was successful and it reached its objectives, the present project was developed. In the execution of this project information of interest was gathered for the environmental authority on the laundries of vehicles and according to a model of data, also developed during the project, was incorporated this information to a Geographical Information System; all this with the purpose of providing to the CDMB and the NPML of a tool that it allowed them the easy bring up to date of the information and at the same time it offered them support to carry out consultations and analysis, this for the sake of optimizing the recognition exercise and environmental control in the sector of laundries of vehicles on the part of the mentioned entities. | |
