| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo sienta sus bases en los planteamientos propuestos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en el área de Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental para el desarrollo de competencias básicas. Se tomó como partida para la formulación de la propuesta pedagógica la estrategia de resolución de situaciones problemáticas en los grados octavos y novenos de la Institución Educativa las Américas de la Ciudad de Bucaramanga, en los años comprendidos entre el último periodo de 2005, el año 2006 y el primer periodo de 2007. El proyecto se desenvuelve a través de un enfoque cualitativo y cuyo diseño metodológico siguió la investigación Œ acción, metodología que permitió analizar a fondo la realidad que se vive en el aula con la finalidad de contribuir a su mejoramiento. Esta estrategia logró incidir positivamente en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes quienes después de encontrarse en un nivel básico de competencia (nivel C) alcanzaron un desempeño significativo en el siguiente nivel (nivel D), es decir, nivel intermedio establecido por las pruebas saber del año 2005 demostrando que las situaciones problemáticas promueven el desarrollo de competencias básicas en Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental y contribuye de la misma manera a acercar al estudiante al trabajo científico. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work gets its source from the statements proposed by the Ministry of National Education in the area of Natural Sciences and Environmental Education for the development of basic competencies. The resolution of problematic situations was taken as the start point for the formulation of the pedagogic proposal. This strategy was held among the years the last period of 2005, the year2006 and the first period of 2007 in the eighths and ninths degrees of the educational institution of Las Americas, Bucaramanga. This Project is deployed through a qualitative approach, and its methodological design followed the investigation-action, methodology that allowed analyzing in a depth perception, the reality lived in the classroom. All this was done with the objective of contribute to its improvement. This strategy managed to affect the learning of the students positively who after being in a basic level of competition (level C) reached a significant performance in the following level (level D), that is to say, intermediate level established by the tests to know of the year 2005 demonstrating that the problematic situations promote the development of basic competitions in Natural Sciences and Environmental Education and it contributes also approach the student to the scientist work | |
