dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad, las instituciones educativas del municipio de Aguachica, Cesar no cuentan con profesionales adecuados para niños con dificultades de aprendizaje, el cual hace que esta población se encuentre vulnerable a este tipo de problema, por lo que se proyecta un centro de asesoría para niños con problemas de aprendizaje con procesos pedagógicos de fácil acceso a la comunidad para brindar a sus hijos una mejor calidad de vida Un trastorno del aprendizaje ocurre cuando el cerebro capta información y la procesa de una manera anormal, lo que impide que un niño aprenda una habilidad y la use bien. Los niños con trastornos del aprendizaje en general tienen una inteligencia promedio. Como resultado, hay una brecha entre las habilidades esperadas, basadas en la edad y la inteligencia, y el rendimiento escolar. Por lo anterior es importante trabajar en los niños algunos aspectos claves del proceso de aprendizaje como servicio de desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas. La creación del Centro de asesoría para niños con problemas de aprendizaje busca brindar servicios según la discapacidad de aprendizaje del menor con metodologías que favorezcan el desarrollo y las habilidades de formación de una manera más didáctica para ellos centrados en una educación especial mejorando sus conocimientos y destrezas. El proyecto contiene el estudio de mercados, en donde se identifica la oferta, la demanda, el precio y la comercialización del servicio, en el estudio técnico se define el tamaño, la localización e ingeniería a utilizar en el proyecto; el estudio administrativo permite definir la mejor opción de tipo de empresa, los aspectos legales y administrativos que orientarán la empresa a crear, para finalmente mostrar los recursos financieros requeridos en el proceso de operación y los elementos que evaluarán la viabilidad financiera del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Currently, the educational institutions of the municipality of Aguachica, Cesar do not have adequate professionals for children with learning difficulties, which makes this population vulnerable to this type of problem, which is why an advisory center is planned for children with learning problems with pedagogical processes that are easily accessible to the community to provide their children with a better quality of life A learning disorder occurs when the brain takes in information and processes it in an abnormal way, preventing a child from learning a skill and using it well. Children with learning disabilities generally have average intelligence. As a result, there is a gap between expected abilities, based on age and intelligence, and school performance. Therefore, it is important to work with children on some key aspects of the learning process as a service for the development of cognitive skills. The creation of the Advisory Center for children with learning problems seeks to provide services according to the child's learning disability with methodologies that promote the development and training skills in a more didactic way for them focused on special education, improving their knowledge and skills. The project contains the market study, where the supply, demand, price and marketing of the service are identified. The technical study defines the size, location and engineering to be used in the project; The administrative study allows defining the best option for the type of company, the legal and administrative aspects that will guide the company to be created, to finally show the financial resources required in the operation process and the elements that will evaluate the financial viability of the project.
