| dc.description.abstract | La práctica empresarial desarrollada en la empresa Visión Ltda. aborda la necesidad de agilizar sus procesos internos relacionados con la gestión de calidad, definida por la familia de normas ISO 9000, a fin de incrementar su productividad mediante el desarrollo de una aplicación. Esta labor implicó actividades de codificación, realización pruebas y documentación de programas para el registro de información y generación de reportes orientadas por la metodología Extreme Programming y los procedimientos establecidos en la empresa bajo su Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, valiéndose de los recursos existentes tales como la herramienta software de desarrollo Oracle Developer 6i, la herramienta de bases de datos Oracle 9i y la infraestructura de redes y equipos disponible. Haciendo referencia al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, este recoge políticas y procesos para asegurar la calidad de un producto. La norma ISO 9001:2000, que sirve de base para certificar la calidad en la actualidad, proporciona los principios básicos de la gestión de la calidad y son reglas de carácter social encaminadas a mejorar la marcha y funcionamiento de una organización mediante la mejora de sus relaciones internas. En Colombia la norma que establece los requisitos sobre los cuales se estructura el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad es la Norma Técnica Colombiana NTC-ISO 9000:2000. En el desarrollo del proyecto se realizó una evaluación de las herramientas de desarrollo disponibles, lo que logró establecer la más ajustada a las condiciones de la empresa; se establecieron claramente las opciones a realizar tomando como base el modelo GCI. Seguidamente, se elaboró un diseño detallado ajustado a los requerimientos definiendo las pruebas que validarían las opciones del sistema. Se continuó con la programación, validación y documentación de los formularios y reportes y finalmente se hizo entrega del producto. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The developed enterprise practice in the company Visión Ltda. approaches to make agile the Quality Management internals processes. Quality Management System is regulated by ISO 9000 standard, and the Vision objective is to increase its productivity by means of software development. This work implied codification, tests and documentation activities of programs to register of information and reports generation oriented by the Extreme Programming method to consolidate the Vision Quality Management System and the procedures established in the enterprise, using the available means such as the software development tool Oracle Developer 6i, the database tool Oracle 9i and the networks infrastructure and computational instruments. Quality Management System gathers policies and processes to assure the product quality. The ISO 9001:2000 standard, which serves as base to certify the quality at the present time, supplies the basic principles of Quality Management and are rules of social character directed to improve the march and operation of an organization by means of the improvement of its internal relations. In Colombia the Standard that groups the Quality Management System requirements is the Colombian Technical Standard NTC-ISO 9000:2000. In the development of the project an evaluation of the available development tools were made, which managed to establish the most fit to the conditions of the company; the program options were determined by means of the GCI model; the detail design was made supported in the requirements defining the tests that would validate the options of the system; it was continued with the programming, validation and documentation of the forms and reports and finally the product was delivered. | |
