dc.description.abstract	Las labores de workover y well services tienen un alto grado tanto de complejidad como de importancia en las labores de perforación y producción de hidrocarburos. Los costos y los tiempos demasiado extensos en las paradas para servicios a pozo afectan directamente la economía del campo, disminuyendo su rentabilidad y eficiencia; en la búsqueda de soluciones a esta problemática se han implementado equipos compactos que realizacostos por operaciones de workover y well services. convencionales, muchos de ellos son sobre dimensionados aumentando los costos de operación; algunas de las veces esta problefalta de una metodología que permita identificar y seleccionar el equipo que se adapte a las necesidades del servicio requerido. En este trabajo de monografía se hace un estudio técnico de las características operativas de los dos equipos disponibles para labores de workover y well services, estableciendo los beneficios, alcances técnicos y operativos de utilizar uno u otro sistema. A la vez se realiza un estudio económico que permite valorar la viabilidad de la implementación de Finalmente se realiza una matriz de selección de los equipos de intervención, teniendo en cuenta características claves tanto operativas como de costos en dicha selección. dc.description.abstractenglish	Workover and well service work has a high degree of both complexity and importance in the drilling and production of hydrocarbons. The costs and times very increased in the well-service stops directly affect the economy, diminishing its profitability and efficiency, In the search for solutions to this problem, compact equipment has been implemented that fulfills the functions of the conventional RIG, in "CIRA INFANTAS" field there are several of these units known as "RSU". These units ostensibly reduce downtime and costs for workover and well services operations. The services to wells in the field object of the present study are realized with Conventional Rig, many of them are on dimensions increasing the costs of operation; Some of the times that this problem is due to the low availability of "RSU" so many because of a lack of methodology to identify and select the equipment that adapts to the needs of the service required. In this paper, a technical study is made of the operational characteristics of the two equipment available for workover and well service work, establishing the benefits, technical and operational scope of using one or the other system. At the same time, an economic study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of the implementation of the "RSU" fast service units in well service operations. As a summary of the work done, a matrix of selection of the intervention teams was generated, taking into account key operational and cost characteristics in this selection.
