| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo, es proponer un sistema constructivo para vivienda de interés social utilizando materiales alternativos evaluados por el Grupo de Investigación en Materiales y Estructuras de Construcción (INME) de la Universidad Industrial de Santander; dado que uno de los principales problemas de la construcción de vivienda de interés social en el país y en América Latina surge de los altos costos de los materiales tradicionales utilizados en su construcción. Para dar solución a esta problemática se seleccionaron algunos de los materiales que por presentar buenas propiedades mecánicas ante los requerimientos estructurales que se presentan en una vivienda favorecen la conformación de esta; en la búsqueda de un sistema constructivo más económico se tuvo en cuenta que los materiales seleccionados fueran económicos, de fácil adquisición y los elementos que se elaboraran con ellos fueran de fácil fabricación. Con los materiales seleccionados se propuso su utilización en la conformación de elementos que hacen parte de una vivienda, se siguió un proceso constructivo detallado para cada uno de ellos el cual lleva a una fácil fabricación del elemento; algunos de estos elementos se proponen para ser utilizados en un prototipo de vivienda de interés social con materiales alternativos, el proceso que se debe seguir en su conformación esta descrito adecuadamente para así obtener una vivienda mas económica frente a los sistemas | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this work, is propose a constructive system for social interest houses using alternative materials evaluated by the Materials and Structures of Construction Investigation Group (INME) of the University Industrial of Santander; one of the main problems of construction of social interest houses in the country and in Latin America it arises of the high costs of the traditional materials used in their construction. To solve to this problem it selected some materials which have good mechanical properties for the structural requirements that are presented in a house helping their conformation; in the search of a more economic constructive system it was necessary that the selected materials were economic, of easy acquisition and the elements that were elaborated with them they were of easy production. With the selected materials was proposed their use in the conformation of elements that make part of a house, it was followed a detailed constructive process for each one of them which takes to an easy production of the element; some of these elements are proposed to be used in a social interest houses prototype with alternative materials, the process that most be continued in their conformation is properly described appropriately to obtain a more economic house in compared with the traditional systems. | |
