dc.description.abstract	El presente documento tiene como objetivo presentar la descripción detallada del trabajo desempeñado durante el periodo de práctica bajo el cargo de Ingeniera Auxiliar Practicante en la empresa INACAR S.A, apoyando técnicamente el seguimiento y control de avance de actividades en la obra Montebianco en el municipio de Girón, Santander, el cual es un proyecto de apartamentos de interés social que cuenta con ocho torres, cuatro de cinco pisos, y cuatro de seis pisos, además de una amplia zona social para ofrecer a todos sus residentes escenarios acogedores para compartir. Se evidencian entre estas labores la supervisión y cálculo de cantidad de concreto, programación de actividades para contratistas, informes de avances de obra, actas de obra, control de preentregas y entregas de la etapa uno, revisión de formatos para cada una de las fases del cronograma del proyecto y el registro fotográfico tomado en el transcurso de la obra el cual era enviado al director para que él llevara el respectivo seguimiento. Adicionalmente se comprueba la retroalimentación de los conocimientos adquiridos teóricamente en las aulas universitarias, y el aprendizaje que conllevó el resolver inconvenientes inesperados de forma inmediata, los cuales forjaron mis decisiones como futura ingeniera civil y aportaron de forma significativa al desarrollo del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this document is to present a detailed description of the work carried out during the internship period under the position of Auxiliary Engineer Practitioner in the company INACAR S.A, technically supporting the monitoring and control of the progress of activities in the Montebianco work in the municipality of Girón. , Santander, which is a social interest apartment project that has eight towers, four with five floors, and four with six floors, as well as a large social area to offer all its residents cozy settings to share. These tasks include the supervision and calculation of the amount of concrete, programming of activities for contractors, work progress reports, work minutes, control of pre-delivery and deliveries of stage one, review of formats for each of the phases of the project schedule and the photographic record taken during the work, which was sent to the director so that he could carry out the respective follow-up. Additionally, the feedback of the knowledge acquired theoretically in the university classrooms is verified, and the learning that led to solving unexpected problems immediately, which forged my decisions as a future civil engineer and contributed significantly to the development of the project.
