dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto va orientado a la creación de una empresa de organización de archivos de modo que pueda prestar los servicios a las empresas interesadas en mantener sus documentos organizados y almacenados de una manera adecuada. Esta investigación presenta los siguientes aspectos importantes; Las generalidades que se encuentran en el primer capítulo, donde se indagó sobre el entorno de éste, así como la evolución, las oportunidades y las amenazas del sector. En el segundo capítulo se definió la población objetivo a la cual se le aplicó una encuesta para cuantificar la oferta y la demanda. Así mismo se realizó el estudio técnico en el cual se definió el tamaño del proyecto y así cuantificar la capacidad diseñada, instalada y utilizada de éste, en el estudio administrativo se determinó la forma de constitución de la empresa, la cual será una sociedad de acciones simplificadas (SAS) su cultura organizacional, y se definió los perfiles del personal con su respectiva asignación salarial y tipo de contrato, en el estudio financiero se define la inversión del proyecto y sus respectivos estados financieros proyectados a 5 años, la evaluación ambiental, social y financiera para saber la factibilidad de la creación de esta empresa. En el capítulo 5, está el estudio financiero se cuantifica la inversión requerida la cual asciende a $48.234.455 y los presupuestos de egresos e ingresos que tendrá el proyecto. Para la inversión de este se requiere un crédito de $15.000.000 y el restante serán aportes de los socios. Se evalúa el proyecto social, ambiental y financieramente obteniendo un valor presente neto (VPN) de $568.115.571, y la tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 75%. El proyecto necesitará inicialmente de 9 profesionales para atender 28 servicios al año, y no genera contaminación ambiental.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project is aimed at creating a company file organization so that it can provide services to companies interested in maintaining their organized and stored in a manner suitable documents. This activity within companies has become essential because it prevents the deterioration of this vital records filed. This research presents the following important aspects, generalities which are in the first chapter, where was inquire about the environment of this and the developments, opportunities and threats in the industry. In the second chapter is defined the target population to which was applied a survey to quantify the demand and determine the unmet demand defined. Also the technical study where size defined project was conducted and thus quantify the design capacity, installed and used in this, the administrative study where the form of incorporation of the enterprise which will be a simplified joint stock company (SAS) its organizational culture was determined, and defined with staff profiles their respective salary allowance and type of contract in the financial study project investment and their 5-year projected financial statements and environmental, social and financial evaluation to find out the feasibility of the creation of this enterprise is defined. In Chapter 5 was study the required financial investment which amounted to $ 48.234.455 and the budget of expenditures and revenues that the project will be quantified. For this an investment credit is required $ 15 million and the remaining will be contributions from partners. Social project is evaluated, environmental and financially obtained a net present value (NPV) of $568.115.571, and the internal rate of return (IRR) of 75%. The project will need initially 9 professionals to attend 28 services a year and this don´t generates pollution.
