dc.description.abstract	En este documento se recopilan todas las actividades desarrolladas en la empresa Transportes Líquidos de Colombia TLC S.A. para implementar los sistemas de gestión ambiental y de seguridad y salud ocupacional de acuerdo a los requisitos de las NTC - ISO 14001:2004 y la NTC - OHSAS 18001:2007 e integrar estos sistemas con el sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma NTC - ISO 9001:2008, RUC 2009 y BASC 2009, teniendo en cuenta que la empresa ya contaba con estas certificaciones. La metodología del trabajo desarrollado se basa en el ciclo Deming: planear, hacer, verificar y actuar. En el planear se realizó el diagnóstico, en el hacer se desarrollo la etapa de implementación: documentación, sensibilización y capacitación al personal, la verificación se realizó mediante una auditoría interna y otra de certificación, donde se generaron los planes de acción, asegurando la mejora continua del sistema, la cual es la última etapa, el actuar. Finalmente se compara el antes y el después de la implementación de los sistemas con el fin de mostrar los resultados del proyecto. También se expresan otros aportes realizados a la empresa y los aportes de la misma a los autores del proyecto en el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial. Por último, se exponen las conclusiones y recomendaciones encontradas en el desarrollo del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In this document are collects all the activities that were developed in the company Transportes Líquidos de Colombia TLC S.A. to implement the environmental management and safety and occupational health management system according to requirements of the NTC - ISO 14001:2004 and NTC - OHSAS 18001:2007 and integrate these systems with the quality management system under the standard NTC - ISO 9001:2000, RUC 2009 and BASC 2009, the company already had these certifications. The work methodology developed is based on Deming cycle: planning, doing, checking and acting. In the planning was made the diagnosis, in the doing the implementation stage was developed: documentation, workers training and sensibilization, the checking was done through an internal audit and another of certification, where there were generated plans of actions ensuring the continuous improvement of the system, which is the last stage, the acting. Finally is a compare between before and after the implementation of the systems in order to show the results of the project. Also is expressing others contributions made to the company and the contributions to the authors in the development on the company practice. For the last, are expose the conclusions and recommendations founds in the development of the project.
