| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente documento, condensa el proceso metodológico derivado de la experiencia académica de formación profesional desarrollada por la autora, durante el segundo semestre del año 2006 en el Sistema de Información y Atención al Usuario (SIAU) del Centro de Medicina Preventiva CEPRE- de la Policía Nacional Bucaramanga. Las temáticas incluidas abordan los paradigmas o modelos del proceso salud-enfermedad, los enfoques teóricos generados alrededor de la promoción de la salud y la prevención de la enfermedad, el marco normativo en salud a nivel nacional y de las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía Nacional, la caracterización institucional y de la experiencia misma, las conclusiones finales del proceso de formación profesional desarrollado y las recomendaciones sugeridas a las instituciones (Universidad Industrial de Santander, CEPRE) y al próximo (a) practicante de Trabajo Social hasta llegar a la formulación de la propuesta de intervención: Modelo informativo para la comunicación y toma de decisiones en salud de cara a los usuarios (as) del Centro de Medicina Preventiva - CEPRE - Policía Nacional de Bucaramanga. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The following document condenses the methodological process derived from the academic experience of professional formation developed by the author, during the second semester of 2006 at the Information and Attention User System -SIAU- of the Preventive Medicine Center -CEPRE- in the National Police of Bucaramanga. The thematics including aboard the paradigms or models about health illness process, the theories approaches generated around the health promotion and the illness prevention, the health standard background and the Militar Forces and National Police too, the institutional characterization and the experience itself, the final conclusions of the developed professional education process and the recommendations suggested to the institutions (Industrial University of Santander, CEPRE) and the next social work practitioner until the intervention proposal formulation: Informative model to communication and decision making in health based on Preventive Medicine Center -CEPRE- to the users of the National Police of Bucaramanga. | |
