dc.description.abstract	Las tecnologías de la información TIC- con sus diferentes herramientas, ayuda a la enseñanza y permiten que sea de libre acceso a nivel global, soportando el proceso de personas autodidactas. Ya que hay contenidos que no se encuentran de manera clara y puntual en la red, que se pueden encontrar en medios físicos o en el conocimiento del usuario, se quiere que cada vez sea más fácil, rápido y cómodo generar recursos educativos de la comunidad para la comunidad en general. El presente proyecto busca integrar tecnologías TIC en un portal web, para se encuentre a disposición de la comunidad educativa en general, de manera que se puedan conformar grupos alrededor de intereses comunes, publicar material educativo, y conformar comunidades virtuales, planteado como alternativa complementaria a los procesos de aprendizaje tradicionales y a la cátedra presencial, así la comunidad educativa publica material didáctico para estudio dirigido o independiente; con diseño adaptativo que permite a todos los usuarios la facilidad de acceder desde diferentes tipos de dispositivos ya que cambia de forma según las características. En el presente documento se plantea la estructura de datos definida que permite la interacción con las aplicaciones en el portal. También se muestra la presentación del portal y la consolidación de contenidos educativos, grupos y eventos, creando vínculos entre usuarios.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The information technologies -TIC- with its different tools, help teaching and allow it to be freely accessible at a global level, supporting the process of self-taught people. Since there are contents that are not clearly and punctually in the network, which can be found in physical media or in the knowledge of the user, it is desired that it becomes easier, faster and more comfortable to generate educational resources of the community for the community in general. The present project seeks to integrate modern technologies into a web portal, so that it is available to the educational community in general. Posed as an alternative to learning and complement to the classroom, teachers send their students organized documentation in a didactic way, for directed or independent study; with adaptive design that allows all users the ease of access from different types of devices as it changes shape according to the characteristics of the device. In this document, the defined data structure that allows interaction with the applications in the portal is presented. It also shows the presentation of the portal with the generation and obtaining of educational content, groups, events and the creation of links between users.
