dc.description.abstract	En el documento se describe el desarrollo de la serie de actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial en Interobras de Santander S.A.S, donde desempeñé el rol auxiliar de ingeniería civil. Durante un periodo de 4 meses participe en el apoyo de diversas tareas que abarcaron desde ensayos de laboratorio hasta exploración geotécnica y geofísica, así como la creación de modelos de taludes, elaboración de planos estructurales y pre-informe. Cada una de estas actividades estaba intrínsecamente ligada a objetivos específicos, incluyendo el cumplimiento riguroso de la normativa, la garantía de calidad y especificaciones, Además en todo momento se encontraban guiadas y supervisadas por el tutor o el encargado de área, con fines de mejorar el aprendizaje y brindar acompañamiento continuo durante el proceso. En la práctica empresarial se identifica la necesidad de una optimización en el proceso inductivo, es por ello que, se realiza el aporte de manuales especializados, los cuales fueron diseñados para orientar y mejorar los procesos de inducción, capacitación y preparación de los equipos de trabajo. Esta iniciativa no solo fortaleció el entendimiento interno de los procedimientos, sino que también el funcionamiento optimizó el funcionamiento general de la empresa, incrementando así su eficiencia y calidad de sus servicios.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the document it is described that the development of a series of executed activities on internships in Interobras de Santander S.A.S., in which I performed the role of civil engineering assistant. Over a period of 4 months I was involved in supporting a variety of tasks ranging from laboratory testing to geotechnical and geophysical exploration, as well as slope modelling,structural drawing and pre-reporting. Each of these activities was intrinsically linked to specific objectives, including rigorous compliance with regulations, quality assurance and specifications, and were at all times guided and supervised by the tutor or area manager, in order to enhance learning and provide continuous support throughout the process. In the business practice, the need for optimisation of the induction process was identified, which is why specialised manuals were designed to guide and improve the induction, training and preparation processes of the work teams. This initiative not only strengthened the internal understanding of the procedures, but also optimised the overall functioning of the company, thus increasing its efficiency and the quality of its services.
