dc.description.abstract	El cuidado del cuerpo humano, en especial de la piel, ha dado origen a un mercado especializado que incluye la producción de un sin número de cremas, dentro de las que se encuentran las humectantes, las nutritivas, las relajantes y otras específicas para determinadas áreas del cuerpo. Es importante enfatizar en que el mercado del cuidado de la piel no es exclusivamente femenino, cada día se incrementa en el mundo masculino la fijación por mantener una piel sana y bella. La factibilidad que se ha desarrollado ofrece los parámetros y lineamientos necesarios para crear una empresa productora de mascarilla de cacao en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Teniendo en cuenta al análisis de la información recibida se concluyó que un porcentaje bastante significativo (84%) de mujeres utiliza productos para el cuidado y nutrición de su piel; y el 88% esta dispuesta a adquirir la nueva mascarilla de cacao. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el mercado oferente no hay empresas que estén produciendo esta clase de producto en la ciudad; el estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($102.209.398) y el capital de trabajo ($54.143.398) están al alcance de los interesados en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativos sino por el contrario generará empleo, salud y calidad de vida a sus clientes y aporte al sector empresarial; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR (76,38%) y VPN ($183.759.915) indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un plazo de un año.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The care of the human body, especially of the skin, has given origin to a market especiality that includes the production of a without number of creams, inside which find the humectans, the nutritious, the relajans and other specific for determined areas of the body. Is important enfatin in that the market of the care of the skin is not exclusively feminine, each day incrementa in the masculine world the fijatión to maintain a healthy and beautiful skin. The factibility that has developed offers the parameters and lineamient necessary to create a producing company of mascarilla of cacao in the city of Bucaramanga. Having in account to the analysis of the information received concluded that a quite significant percentage (84%) of women uses products for the care and nutrition of his skin; and 88% this dispuesta to purchase the new mascarilla of cacao. The studies realized allow to observe that in the market oferente there are not companies that are producing this kind of product in the city; the technical study indicates that there is not difficulty in obtaining localizatión, processes, distribution in plant and the necessary resources for his set up; His constitution organizational is simple and allows to plan, administer, direct and control the proper activities of the new company; the financial study indicates that the initial investment ($102.209.398) And the capital of work ($54.143.398) Are to the extent of the interested in the project and the evaluation allows to see that there are not environmental and social impacts negative but by the contrary will generate employment, health and quality of life to his clients and aport to the business sector; and regarding the financial part the indicador TIR (76,38%) and VPN ($183.759.915) indicate economic goodnesses of the project for recovery of the investment in a term of one year.
