| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento describe el desarrollo del trabajo de grado realizado en el proceso Contratación de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, el cual hace parte de los procesos de apoyo a las funciones misionales de Docencia, Investigación y Extensión. El fundamento para la ejecución del proyecto fue la norma NTC ISO 9001 versión 2000, la cual fue aplicada en 5 etapas: Diagnostico, que correspondió a la evaluación inicial del proceso con respecto a los requisitos de la norma; Planificación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en cuanto a la política, objetivos e indicadores de calidad y la caracterización del proceso, Documentación, donde se elaboraron los documentos definidos para el proceso; Implementación, donde se realizaron la revisión, aprobación y aplicación de los documentos del sistema; y la Evaluación y Mejora, mediante la realización de las auditorías internas de calidad y demás actividades que permiten establecer acciones necesarias para la promoción del mejoramiento continuo. La realización de estas etapas estuvo acompañada por capacitaciones, que sensibilizaron al personal respecto a la importancia y beneficios de adoptar una herramienta administrativa como un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y fueron soporte a todas las actividades desarrolladas durante el proyecto. Este proyecto de grado se complementa con el desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en los otros procesos de apoyo y fue una contribución al proceso en la medida que permitió establecer las directrices necesarias para el Proceso de Contratación acordes con los requisitos enunciados en la NTC-ISO 9001:2000. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present document describes the development of the grade work carried out in the process Recruiting of the Industrial University of Santander, which makes part from the support processes to the missional function of Teaching, Researching and Extension. The foundation for the execution of the project was the norm NTC ISO 9001 version 2000, which was applied in 5 stages: I diagnose that corresponded to the initial evaluation of the process with regard to the requirements of the norm; Planning of the System of Administration of Quality as for the politics, objectives and indicators of quality and the characterization of the process, Documentation, where the defined documents were elaborated for the process; Implementation, where they were carried out the revision, approval and application of the documents of the system; and the Evaluation and Improvement, by means of the realization of the internal audits of quality and other activities that allow to establish necessary actions for the promotion of the continuous improvement. The realization of these stages was accompanied by trainings that sensitized the personnel regarding the importance and benefits of adopting an administrative tool as a System of Administration of Quality and they went support to all the activities developed during the project. This grade project is supplemented with the development of the System of Administration of Quality in the other support processes and a contribution went to the process in the measure that allowed to establish the necessary guidelines for the Process of Recruiting chords with the requirements enunciated in the NTC-ISO 9001:2000 | |
