| dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se describen las etapas desarrolladas para la producción y comercialización de un software de facturación de servicios de la salud. Que agilice los procesos de sistematización, captura y generación de RIPS, constituyéndose un mecanismo válido para alcanzar la competitividad de las entidades de la salud. Este estudio comprende de 4 etapas importantes: En el estudio de Mercados permitió la obtención, interpretación y análisis de la información dando como resultado el conocimiento del mercado y condiciones existentes, análisis del producto, oferta, demanda, volúmenes, precio y sistema de comercialización. Con el estudio técnico se estableció el tamaño, la localización de la empresa, la infraestructura y las herramientas a utilizar. Se identifico la normatividad vigente o marco legal sobre el cual se creara la empresa del software. También se presenta el análisis financiero proyectado a 5 años, costos fijos y variables, los recursos propios a invertir, además se aplican las diferentes pruebas para establecer solvencia, rentabilidad, punto de equilibrio y tasa interna de retorno entre otros aspectos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Presently document the developed stages are described for the production and commercialization of a software of billing of services of the health. That it speeds up the systematizing processes, it captures and generation of RIPS, being constituted a valid mechanism to reach the competitiveness of the entities of the health. This study understands of 4 important stages: In the study of Markets it allowed the obtaining, interpretation and analysis of the information giving the knowledge of the market and existent conditions as a result, analysis of the product, offers, it demands, volumes, price and commercialization system. With the technical study the size settled down, the localization of the company, the infrastructure and the tools to use. You identifies the effective legal norms or regulatory scheme on which the company of the software was created. The projected financial analysis is also presented to 5 years, fixed and variable costs, the characteristic resources to invest, the different tests are also applied to establish solvency, profitability, breakeven point and rate interns of return among other aspects. | |
