dc.description.abstract	La transformación de las ciudades es un reto a nivel global, la inmersión de nuevas tecnologías se convierte en herramienta primordial para un desarrollo más ecológico, sostenible e innovador cuyo objetivo es aumentar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos buscando consigo la reducción de la polarización social y haciendo de su entorno un espacio más accesible y confortable para su desenvolvimiento diario. El presente documento expone una revisión sistemática del concepto de movilidad inteligente como pilar en la proyección de una ciudad inteligente, resaltando la imporinfraestructura, tanto física como digital, que permiten al peatón, sin distinción y de forma incluyente, un desplazamiento cómodo, seguro y de la forma más autónoma y natural posible; explorando la bibliografía referente a la temática mencionada, analizando sus orígenes, evolución y conceptos relacionados, sus ventajas e indagando acerca de proyectos desarrollados en otras ciudades para mejorar sus índices en el área de movilidad. Lo anterior, forja las bases para el planteamiento una guía de recomendaciones para Bucaramanga con miras a una ciudad de movilidad inteligente, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones de señalización, andenes y semaforización actuales evaluadas en un estudio de
dc.description.abstractenglish	The transformation of the cities is a global challenge, the immersion of the new technologies become overriding tool for a more ecological, sustainable and innovative development whose aim is to increase the quality of life of the citizens by reducing social polarization and making their environment more accessible and comfortable for their daily development. This document presents a systematic review of the concept of intelligent mobility as a pillar in the projection of a smart city; highlighting the importance of the term "smart" in the basic infrastructure requirements, both physical and digital, that allow the pedestrian, without distinction and in an inclusive manner, to travel comfortably, safely and in the most autonomous and natural way possible; making a detailed exploration of the referent bibliography of the literature on the above-mentioned subject, analyzing its origins, evolution and related concepts, the advantages that it generates and investigating about projects developed in other cities to improve their indexes in the area of mobility. The above builds the bases to establish a guide of recommendations with a view to Bucaramanga as a city of intelligent mobility taking into consideration the current conditions of signaling, platforms and traffic lights evaluated in a case study carried
