dc.description.abstract	Este artículo presenta los resultados de un experimento estadístico enfocado en determinar el efecto de la ceniza volante y del residuo de arena de fundición sobre las propiedades mecánicas de un mortero de pega tipo M. Para determinar el efecto estos materiales se realizó un diseño estadístico experimental del tipo central compuesto en conjunto con un análisis de varianza ANOVA. El diseño presentó 9 puntos en donde se midió el efecto de las variables sobre la fluidez de las mezclas además del efecto sobre la resistencia a la compresión y la tracción para un tiempo de curado de 7 y 28 días. Los resultados indican que la ceniza volante afecta negativamente las propiedades mecánicas del mortero de pega en sustituciones mayores al 15%; además se encontró que el residuo de arena de fundición puede ser utilizado en altas proporciones sin afectaciones estadísticamente significativas sobre las propiedades de estos morteros.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This article presents the results of a statistical experiment focused on determining the effect of fly ash and foundry sand residue on the mechanical properties of a type M mortar. To determine the effect of these materials, an experimental statistical design of the composite central rate in conjunction with ANOVA analysis of variance. The design presented 9 points where the effect of the variables on the fluidity of the mixtures was measured in addition to the effect on the resistance to compression and traction for a cure time of 7 and 28 days. The results indicate that fly ash negatively affects the mechanical properties of the glue mortar in substitutions greater than 15%; Furthermore, you can find the sand residue from the financing can be used in high proportions without statistically specific effects on the properties of these mortars.
