dc.description.abstract	La Cooperativa de Panificadores de Santander es una empresa industrial, comercial y gremial de la región, dedicada a desarrollar y ofrecer productos, servicios y soluciones integrales al sector alimentario del País sobre las bases esenciales de la cooperación. El proyecto inicia con una etapa de diagnóstico general del proceso productivo y de almacenamiento en el molino, en búsqueda de focos de posibles ineficiencias que se logren mejorar, además de aumentar el nivel de efectividad en la ejecución de las actividades asociadas al proceso. Para lo dicho anteriormente se diseña un plan de mejoramiento a partir de los objetivos definidos, además de la fijación de fechas límites de implementación, la determinación de los indicadores de logro y seguimiento de las mejoras; resaltando el apoyo de la gerencia mediante el aval para proceder con la ejecución de las propuestas consideradas convenientes, además de permisos, presupuesto y coordinación con los colaboradores de la planta. Dentro de las actividades implementadas están: actualización y creación de formatos, levantamiento de fichas técnicas de la maquinaría, adecuación de una herramienta de carga, Asimismo, se desarrolla una herramienta ofimática orientada a eliminar el reproceso y mejorar el manejo de la información, que permite custodiar y administrar las órdenes de producción mensual junto con las existencias de la bodega. Finalmente se diseña una simulación por medio de software especializado que permite modelar una nueva propuesta de almacenamiento aprovechando la altura de la bodega, mediante la adquisición e instalación de racks.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Cooperativa de Panificadores de Santander is an industrial, commercial and labor-union company of the region, dedicated to develop and offer products, services and integral solutions to the food sector of the country on the essential bases of cooperation. This project starts with a general diagnostic stage of the productive and storage process in the mill, looking for possible inefficiencies that can be improved, as well as to increase the level of effectiveness in the execution of the activities associated with the process. In the view of the above an improvement plan is designed based on the defined objectives, as well as the setting of implementation deadlines, the determination of the achievement indicators and monitoring of the improvements highlighting the support of the management area through the guarantee to proceed with the execution of the proposals considered convenient, in addition the permissions, budget and coordination with the employees of the mill. Among the activities implemented are: updating and creation of formats and technical specifications of the machinery, adaptation of the loading tool, creation of a label for the production lots, 9's methodology among others. Likewise, an office automation tool is developed to eliminate reprocessing and improve the handling of information that allows custody and management of monthly production orders together with the holdings of the warehouse. Finally, a simulation is designed by means of specialized software that allows modeling a new storage proposal whose purpose is to take advantage of the height of the warehouse, through the acquisition and installation of racks.
