dc.description.abstract	En el siguiente documento se presenta la metodología (ciclo Deming) utilizada para desarrollar las diferentes actividades que dieron lugar a la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SS) en la Estación Central Bomberos de Bucaramanga y los resultados alcanzados. El diseño metodológico inicia con la etapa del diagnóstico que tuvo como finalidad evaluar el nivel de cumplimiento de la institución frente a los requisitos que exige la NTC OHSAS 18001: 2007, seguida de la planificación, donde se estableció la política, los objetivos y programas del Sistema de Gestión, así mismo se realizó el levantamiento de la matriz de peligros para el área operativa y administrativa, después se desarrolló la etapa de documentación, donde se elaboraron los procedimientos, formatos y matrices necesarios para describir la forma en que opera el Sistema y de esta manera poderlo actualizar y mantener, asegurando así su eficacia y adecuación a la Entidad. Luego se realizó la etapa de implementación y operación, donde se socializaron y pusieron en marcha los documentos creados, se capacitó y se conformó la brigada de emergencias y finalmente se llevaron a cabo dos (2) auditorías internas que permitieron evaluar el desempeño del Sistema de Gestión hasta ese momento, esta actividad implicó la formulación de acciones correctivas para cada no conformidad que se detectó como parte del mejoramiento continuo, filosofía en la que está enmarcada la metodología del ciclo Deming.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following document presents the methodology (Deming cycle) used to develop the various activities leading to the implementation of the Management System for Safety and Health at Work (SG-SS) at the Central Fire Station Bucaramanga and the results achieved. The methodology begins with the diagnosis stage that aimed to assess the level of compliance of the institution against the requirements that the NTC OHSAS 18001: 2007, followed by planning, where policy is set, the objectives and programs of the Management System, was performed lifting hazards matrix for the operational and administrative area, after the stage of documentation was developed, where the procedures, formats and necessary matrices were developed to describe the way the system operates, and thus being able to update and maintain, ensuring their effectiveness and adaptation to the Entity. Then was performed the stage of implementation and operation, where they were socialized and implemented the documents created, were trained and was formed the emergency brigade and finally took place two (2) internal audits that allowed evaluating the performance management of the management system until that moment formed, this activity involved the formulation of corrective actions for each noncompliance which was detected as part of the continuous improvement philosophy that Deming cycle methodology framed.
