| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto fue facilitar la ejecución y el control de las labores de mantenimiento que se deben realizar a las válvulas de proceso de las facilidades de producción del complejo petrolero, mediante la creación de una base de datos que contiene información de cada una de ellas, así como de un mecanismo de identificación en sitio mediante placas. Basados en este sistema de información e identificación y apoyados en el sistema informático de la empresa Occidental de Colombia Inc. operadora del campo, se creó un sistema de rutinas de mantenimiento, las cuales se automatizaron usando el software MMS. Cuando una empresa cuenta con una gran cantidad de equipos, es necesario ser muy organizado para poder cumplir a cabalidad con el mantenimiento que ellos demandan. Es preciso realizar un inventario total, identificación, recopilación de información desde datos de fabricación y especificaciones técnicas hasta las intervenciones realizadas; además es necesario clasificarlos de acuerdo a tamaño, ubicación, sistema al que pertenecen, modo de operación, función que desempeñan, tipo de mantenimiento o cualquier otro criterio que resulte importante ó conveniente a la hora de establecer las rutinas de mantenimiento que los cubrirán. Los resultados han sido excelentes, siendo de gran importancia para mantener el nivel de producción del campo, beneficiando no sólo a la empresa sino también al departamento de Arauca y al país que perciben altos ingresos por la explotación petrolera. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project is to facilitate the execution and the control of the maintenance works that should be carried out to the production facilities process valves of the oil complex, by means of the creation of a database that contains information of each one of them, as well as an identification mechanism in place by means of badges (tags). Based on this information and identification system and supported in the computer system of the Occidental de Colombia Inc. company, operator of the field; a system of maintenance routines has been created, which were automated using the software MMS. When a company has a great quantity of equipments, it is necessary to be very organized to be able to fulfill completely the maintenance that they demand. It is necessary to carry out a total inventory, identification, compilation of information from manufacturing data, operation and technical specifications to realized interventions; it is also necessary to classify them according to size, location, system to which belong, operation way, function that they carry out, maintenance type or any other criterion that it is important or convenient when settling the maintenance routines that will cover them. The results have been excellent, being of great importance to maintain the field's production level, not only benefiting to the company but also to the department of Arauca and the country that perceive high revenues for the oil exploitation. | |
