dc.description.abstract	El presente escrito fue el resultado de una investigación que se interrogó por la forma en cómo el Juzgado de Menores administró justicia en Bucaramanga a una franja de menores de edad que cometieron delitos de hurto o robo entre 1970 y 1979. Como paso previo y necesario para la comprensión de la injerencia del Juzgado de Menores, se estudiaron las experiencias que otros países tuvieron con el andamiaje judicial dirigido a menores de edad, así mismo, se expuso el devenir histórico que en Colombia manifestaron entre 1900 y 1970 el concepto de minoridad legal y la normatividad que estructuró el Juzgado de Menores. El análisis de la intervención judicial se realizó a través del concepto foucaultiano de poder-saber, el cual establece que todo ejercicio de poder trae implícito consigo el desarrollo de un saber. A partir de este concepto analítico se pensaron históricamente y organizaron cuarenta y cinco expedientes judiciales adelantados por el Juzgado de Menores. La clasificación de esta documentación se hizo con el objeto: en primer lugar de reconocer el modo y el tipo de conocimiento que produjo esta institución judicial, y en segundo término de establecer las respuestas que los menores sindicados y sus familias presentaron ante la intervención del Juzgado de Menores.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The written present was the result of an investigation that is questioned by the form in how the rated justice in Bucaramanga to a strip of minors who committed crimes of robbery or theft between 1970 and 1979. As prior and necessary step towards the comprehension tries had with the scaffolding directed to minors, likewise, it was exhibit occurring historical that in Colombia showed between 1900 and 1970 the concept of legal minority and the normativity that structured the Juvenile Court. The analysis of the judicial intervention was carried out through the foucaultian concept of power-knowledge, which establishes any exercise of implicit power brings with it the development of knowledge. From this analytical concept is historically thought and organized forty five judicial records developed by the Juvenile Court. The classification of this documentation is made with the object: first recognize the mode and the type of knowledge that produced this judicial institution, and secondly to establish the replies that the juvenile defendants and their families presented before the
