| dc.description.abstract | La División Financiera de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, dependencia responsable del Proceso Financiero, implementa el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC), como una herramienta de gestión que permita dirigir y evaluar su desempeño, a fin de lograr el fortalecimiento de la actividad misional de la institución. En la primera etapa de este proyecto se realizó un diagnóstico respecto al Sector de la Educación Superior y de las condiciones iniciales del Proceso Financiero con relación al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000, información a partir de la cual se definió la etapa de planificación, identificando las actividades a realizar durante el diseño, documentación e implementación del SGC. En la misma forma, y para asegurar una eficaz implementación, se llevó a cabo un plan de sensibilización y capacitación al personal de la División Financiera en los conceptos relacionados con calidad durante el desarrollo del SGC. Culminadas las etapas de implementación y capacitación, se continuó con la evaluación del SGC a través de la auditoría interna de calidad, escenario que junto con el mapa de riesgos financiero permitió definir del plan de mejoramiento. Por último, el perfil final del SGC del Proceso Financiero muestra el nivel de implementación logrado con el presente Trabajo de Grado, puntaje que se verá incrementado a medida que evoluciona el SGC de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Financial Division of the Industrial University of Santander, in control of the Financial Process, implements a Quality Management System (QMS), as a management tool that allows to direct and to evaluate its development, in order to achieve the strengthening of the misional activity of the Institution. In the first stage of this project, a diagnosis was made with regard to the Sector of Higher Education and the initial conditions of the Financial Process compared to the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2000, information from which the stage of planning was defined, identifying the activities to carry out during the design, documentation and implementation of the QMS. In the same way, and to assure an effective implementation, a plan of training to the personal in the concepts related to quality, was carried out during the development of the QMS. Reached the stages of implementation and training, the evaluation of the QMS by means of an internal audit was made; this stage and the financial map of risks allowed defining a plan of improvement. At the end, the final profile of the QMS shows the level of implementation achieved with this work of degree; that score will be increased as the development of the QMS of the Industrial University of Santander. | |
