dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de factibilidad se realizó en la provincia de Guanentá, departamento de Santander durante los años 2013 y 2014. El objetivo es determinar la factibilidad para crear una empresa operadora de servicios turísticos y ecoturísticos en el municipio de Villanueva, para cumplir con este objetivo se utiliza la metodología conocida como plan de negocios, en la cual se realiza un análisis del comportamiento de la economía, el crecimiento del sector y estudios de mercados, técnico, administrativo, financiero y de impacto ambiental. Los resultados indican que existe una demanda creciente para los servicios de turismo de aventura y ecoturismo, actualmente las políticas del estado colombiano promueven la creación de empresas y el emprendimiento. La evaluación económica dio como resultado un VPN de $ 317.928.440 y TIR del 59,76 %, esto indican que es un proyecto rentable, la recuperación de la inversión se proyecta en 1,88 años. Con la creación de esta empresa se pretende contribuir con el desarrollo sostenible en la región generando empleos y bienestar a la comunidad que vive en el área de influencia sin causar impacto negativo en el medio ambiente. Se obtienen resultados positivos en todos los estudios, con lo cual se concluye que empresa operadora de servicios turísticos de aventura y ecoturismo en el municipio de Villanueva “TIERRA VIVA” es un proyecto viable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper shows the study carried out in La Provincia de Guanentá in Santander from 2013 to 2014. The aim is to determine the feasibility of creating an ecotourism and tourism operator in Villanueva. In order for us to achieve this goal, the methodology known as business planning was used. In such methodology, an analysis of economic performance, sector growth, as well as studies on marketing, technical, administrative, financial, and environmental impact. According to the results, there is a growing demand regarding adventure and eco-tourism. The current policies in Colombia promote the creation and entrepreneurship of new enterprises. The latest economic assessment showed a $ 317.928.440 VPN and a 59, 76% IRR which proves that this project is highly profitable and whose investment recovery may take 1, 88 years. With the creation of this company it is tried to contribute by the sustainable development in the region generating employments and well-being to the community that lives in the area of influence without impact causes negatives in the environment. Given the results shown in this paper, adventure and ecotourism tourism operator in Villanueva “TIERRA VIVA” is a feasible project.
