dc.description.abstract	El siguiente documento muestra el diseño de un sistema de gestión SYSO y ambiente para contratistas, implementado en la empresa ISERPRO Ltda., con el fin de dar cumplimiento a los requisitos exigidos por las normas de un sistema de gestión y así obtener la certificación expedida por ICONTEC. Este documento presenta la planificación de las normas OHSAS Y NORSOK en políticas, identificación de peligros, requisitos legales y los respectivos programas a tener en cuenta. También se evidencia los controles exigidos y los procedimientos necesarios para implementar y dar a conocer a los trabajadores dichas normas y por último se muestra la verificación, describiendo los documentos solicitados para cumplir con esta etapa de las norma. El desarrolló de este proyecto se hace con base a la metodología del ciclo deming PHVA (Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar), el cual permite realizar un seguimiento ordenado paso a paso en la implementación y puesta en marcha de este sistema. Como primer paso se presenta la información de la empresa, justificación del trabajo y objetivo del mismo. Se continua con la descripción de cada una de las etapas como lo fueron el diagnóstico inicial para conocer el nivel de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma, la elaboración del programa de salud ocupacional y la elaboración de documentación necesarias para proceder a la implementación del sistema de gestión. Finaliza con la presentación de los resultados de dos auditorías que evaluaron el sistema de gestión y de las respectivas acciones que buscaron su mejoramiento continuo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document shows the layout management system SYSO and the environment for contractors, implemented at the ISERPRO Ltda. Enterprise, in order to comply with the requirements of the rules of a management system and obtain the issued certificate by ICONTEC. The document presents the Standards planification (OHSAS AND NORSOK) policy, hazard identification, legal requirements and the respective programs to be consider. Also evidence about the required controls and necessary procedures to implement and publicize this standards to the workers and finally shows the validation, describing the required documents to comply with this stage of the standards. The development of this project is based on the methodology of the Deming cycle PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) which allows in the of orderly implementation and operation of this system a step by step. As a first step is the information of the company, justification and objectives of the research. It continues with a description of each stage as were the initial diagnosis to determine level of compliance with the requirements of standard, the development of occupational health program and the definition of documentation needed to proceed with the implementation of the management system. Ends with the presentation of the result of two internal audits that evaluated the management system and the presentation of the respective actions sought continuous improvement.
