dc.description.abstract	El fin de determinar la factibilidad y viabilidad para la creación de una agencia de viajes operadora de servicios turísticos en Barbosa Santander, es indudablemente fomentar y fortalecer el turismo ecológico, cultural y de esparcimiento para la zona de influencia de la Región del Río Suárez y específicamente, el municipio de Barbosa será uno de los principales receptores y que se pueda convertir en una oportunidad para el desarrollo económico de la región del sur de Santander. Se resaltan recorridos eco turísticos, basados en la cultura y tradición folclórica de la región, orientado al mercado de las ciudades de Tunja y Bogotá, especialmente estratos III al VI donde se pudo identificar una demanda insatisfecha del 92.5% y ofertando en total de 2282 paquetes turísticos anuales a un precio de $312.000 cada uno. Su creación requiere invertir COP$32.319.510 contemplando equipos, implementos, herramientas para desarrollar los recorridos turísticos, generando impacto positivo en el ámbito social, ambiental y sin afectación del medio ambiente o modificación alguna que pueda sufrir algún sitio por cuenta de la práctica de los deportes extremos o por el eco turismo ofrecido. El punto de equilibrio se encuentra al vender 2191 paquetes turísticos, una TIR del 37% y una recuperación de la inversión en 9 meses y 22 días. Se concluye que el presente proyecto es viable y rentable para futuros inversionistas y generará aportes importantes para el desarrollo social y económico de la región.
dc.description.abstractenglish	To determine the feasibility and viability for the creation of a travel agency operator of tourist services in Santander Barbosa is undoubtedly promote and strengthen the ecological, cultural and leisure tourism to the area of influence of the Rio Suarez region and specifically The municipality of Barbosa will be one of the main recipients and can be turned into an opportunity for economic development in the region south of Santander. Ecotourism tours are highlighted based on folk culture and tradition of the region, market-oriented cities of Tunja and Bogota, especially layers III to VI where we could identify an unmet demand of 92.5% and offering a total of 2282 packages year at a cost of $ 312,000 each tourist. Its creation requires investment COP $ 32,319,510 contemplating equipment, implements, tools to develop tours, generating positive impact on the social, environmental and unaffected area of the environment or any change that may occur somewhere on behalf of the practice of extreme sports or eco tourism offered. The balance point is to sell tour packages 2191, an IRR of 37% and a payback in 9 months and 22 days. It is concluded that this project is viable and profitable future for investors and generate important for social and economic development of the region contributions.
