| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de grado aquí presentado consiste en el desarrollo de una aplicación weborientada a la automatización de los procesos de planificación, organización y controlde los eventos deportivos al interior de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y másespecíficamente del Departamento de Educación Física y Deportes. La aplicación estádiseñada para que funcione al interior del departamento, basada en una arquitecturacliente-servidor e implementada con herramientas de software libre. El desarrollo de la aplicación se basó en la metodología del ciclo de vida en espiral, elcual a su vez se soporta en la elaboración de prototipos de pequeñas partes delproblema, en su evaluación y evolución a partir de la aceptación de los objetivosalcanzados, y para la documentación del sistema se utilizó el Lenguaje de ModeladoUnificado (UML), que proporciona unas reglas que nos indican como crear y leermodelos bien formados. El uso de esta aplicación estará en manos del organizador de eventos deportivos de launiversidad, el profesorado del departamento y de los estudiantes que se inscriban enlos eventos programados. La herramienta estará en capacidad de dar informaciónconcisa de los resultados y demás formalidades del evento en formato PDF y generardatos históricos deportivos de los estudiantes, además está en capacidad de realizar lacarnetización de los participantes en los eventos y de expedir el certificado departicipación de dichos eventos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The work of degree presented here consists of the development of an application Weboriented to the automatization of the processes of planning, organization and control ofthe sport events to the interior of the Industrial University of Santander and morespecifically of the Department of Physical education and Sports. The application isdesigned so that it works to the interior of the department, cradle in an implementedarchitecture client-servant and with free software tools. The development of the application was based on the methodology of the service life inspiral, which is supported as well in the elaboration of prototypes of small parts of theproblem, in its evaluation and evolution from the acceptance of the reached objectives,and for the documentation of the system the UNIFED MODEL LANGUAGE was used(UML), that provides rules that they indicate to us like creating and reading formedmodels affluent. The use of this application will be into the hands of the organizer of sport events of theuniversity, the teaching staff of the department and the students who register in theprogrammed events. The tool will be in capacity to give to concise information of theresults and other formalities of the event in format PDF and of generating historicaldata sport of the students, it is also in capacity of carrying out the identification card ofthe participants in the events and of sending the certificate of participation of thisevents. | |
