dc.description.abstract	La práctica jurídico empresarial tiene por objeto principal brindar asesoría y apoyo jurídico al departamento de Talento Humano adscrito a la Televisión Regional del Oriente Canal Tro, con el fin de fortalecer, descongestionar y optimizar la ejecución eficaz y eficiente de las funciones propias del proceso de talento humano que posibilite la construcción de un canal regional con propósitos sociales y culturales. El propósito principal de la gestión de talento humano es promover y alcanzar un nivel alto de desempeño laboral y un óptimo ambiente laboral que converja en el cumplimiento de la misión y la visión de la empresa. Por tanto, el planteamiento plasmado en la estructura de la práctica jurídico empresarial tiene como finalidad participar y contribuir activamente en el proceso de diagnóstico, intervención y gestión de talento humano para el año 2016 en el desarrollo del Plan Institucional de Capacitación, el Plan de Bienestar Social e Incentivos, la actualización del Manual de Funciones y Perfiles, Tramitar las liquidaciones de prestaciones sociales y económicas de los empleados, diseñar e implementar el Comité de Convivencia Laboral y el Comité Paritario de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y las demás actividades designadas al departamento. Las actividades desarrolladas brindaron al estudiante la oportunidad de aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante su proceso académico, sumado a la adquisición de aprendizajes en un medio nuevo que permitió el acercamiento al área profesional en la medida de un proceso supervisado y guiado en la formación jurídica y miembro de una comunidad laboral.
